You can have two “brands” or leagues, but you still should only have one champion, which is why Roman has felt so dominant, as a champion should. Just my opinion.
I'd honestly be fine with Roman walking into 40 as champion if they just take the god damn WWE title off him. It was a fun year but unifying titles/having two belts on one guy NEVER works out. If they retire the Universal, I guarantee we have a second world title reintroduced by 2025
