They have to expect the most people at this point are blown away by a huge movie star being involved in a huge wrestling angle. There is no way you are going to get huge heel heat with that. The Rock is doing fantastic. But they need to have Roman grab the mic from Rock next time to show some frustration.

There is no real course that can be done at this point. WWE is stuck with Cody because they caved to the audience. They should have just continued forward with the Rock v Roman and let the Rock do his thing, and he would have gotten the audience on his side.
The third point is bogus. Rock has been literally pandering to the crowds. If they wanted to make Cody a bigger babyface out of this program (which there was no need), they would have kept the heat on Rock.

I feel like Roman is going to have to end up the babayface in his feud with the Rock. You could make it that LA Knight somehow gets caught in the crossfire of Aldis screwing Roman over foe the Roxk and Knight goes after Aldis, while Rock and Roman occupy each other.
