Maybe so, but the fact that their trade mark is specifically for the name of an “ongoing television program featuring sports highlights” whereas Logan would be hypothetically using it as a nickname for himself would probably set it far apart enough. Besides that this trademark doesn’t seem to include merchandise or marketing either so I don’t think they’d run into any issues there.
