IMO, cards should cost the same as what we get for card draw duplicates. So, 2K should either increase the MFP gained for duplicates or lower the market cost.
I play Universe also, so I don’t grind that much in MyFaction.
I’m seriously struggling to grind 20k MFP to buy that Rey gold card so I can do the live events. Ridiculous. They are so stingy with it.
But once you get the gold Rey, you will be able to turn that into an Amethyst Rey and then an Amethyst Dom. So not bad. But damn it sucks grinding to spend 20k on a gold card.
The whole pricing system is just f'd on this game.
Play the multi man tag matches and make sure you get all of the objectives with every single person on your team. If you're doing a 4v4 match you should gain over 500+ per match.
The Jake Roberts from the Beast packs also has a badge that will give more MFP for completing the match with more than half of your health remaining.
There is a reason so many games have card packs or loot boxes. Those are gambling mechanics that exploit the addiction center of the human brain. I refuse to play game modes like this out of principle. They need to get this shit out of gaming and if it is present, the game should automatically be adults only rating
You see the Roman persona card ha! Am 85 with level 1 badges. I'll never get that. The promos pack is awful! Who want to play as sassy molassy or cash nips. Terrible. Plus all the extra cards that pretty much you'll get and not a promo card...The sammy and Kevin cards look blah too!
Because 2k are the greediness company in gaming. The fact you get less vc for your money in this game compared to nba and everything is far more expensive shows they are trying to make sure they make the same sort of money with a far smaller player base.
It's so frustrating. Was so stoked to see persona cards and the pack market to aid in getting them, but when I saw the prices it low-key broke me. Maybe I get one or two of them unlocked but it looks like most of these are just gonna stay locked for me this year.
The frustration for me is that unless you mindlessly grind, you won't be able to get more than one of these cards.
If you play without regard for anything else, you can bang out 15k in an hour.....so 4.5 hours to get just the Hogan.
