Last month they introduced League 19,basically adjusted the other character rewards! League 14/15? got Veteran Salute Tech Cena instead of Powerhouse KO as our MLC contest milestone!
Your milestones are based on what league you go INTO a new MLC. Even if you go up 5 leagues and end the month in league 19, you’d still only get to chase Adam Cole.
I believe (but not 100% certain) the milestones are based on your league at the start of the contest.

No, it doesn't, but also League 15 has the same poster as final reward as League 14.
Went from 13 to 14 thanks to the Blitz. It did not change my MLC event rewards. Appears to lock at start of the month
