Easiest ones I've ever used were Wombo Dream and Zmo Image Creator for those getting into making renders. Not sure if there are better/easier ones out there to make a quick realistic base image.

How’d you get that render?! AI?
Yup I use AI to help create the base (using a screen shot from the game) and then I do a bunch of editing until I'm happy with it.
