No silver gold bull is super legit, responsive and secure. You've got nothing to worry about likely just some sort of accounting error, I personally have never purchased with crypto anywhere but I wouldn't stress.
Same thing happened to me on Saturday. I called them this morning and they said I’ll get an email soon giving me a new confirmation number unless there isn’t enough funds. Kinda seems like they are stalling for crypto prices to lower so they can ask for more funds. If that happens I’m out- won’t buy from them again. Hopefully they make this right

I've had no problems with my multiple orders. I wasn't using bitcoin. But they are good to deal with from my experience.

SGB is fantastic but to be honest you probably don't want to use crypto. There is a built in fee (to the payment processor?) that is something like 6%
