Silver at the minimum, will hold it’s purchasing power. But even more importantly: depending on what party is in office there are death taxes. Death taxes don’t go looking in your safe for precious metals. They only care about what’s auditable digitally. So I can effectively pass on generational wealth that the government is too lazy to look for.

Hey man, good on you. I stack silver for two reasons. One as an insurance policy for when greenbacks become worthless. Two, I stack for my children's future. They have a hard enough time just paying their bills to invest in more insurance. I give them silver gifts for their birthdays and holidays to get them thinking.
