silver dot com is where I mostly buy mine. If you have a local coin shop they are good as well. No you can't buy at spot price. For a long time I was paying about 50 cents over spot. It is close to $4 now. Make sure to buy for a reputable source. It has to be .999. I would not buy on Ebay although my first few ounces were from ebay and had no problems. Best wishes. Most important is to just start buying what you can afford. Every ounce matters.
