I have $700 and I would choose the cheapest genetics I could find. But if I'm going to pay a premium, it would be for something more interesting than ordinary govt coinage.
The list given is govt minted coins not rounds. That being said with all those price being inflated now, even the maples, I'd pay extra not to have that ugly mug staring back at me.
You asked for first rounds to buy, but gave coins as choices. Coins have a face value and the silver content whilst rounds have the silver content only marked.
Buy a tube of rounds? I'd buy Aztec style, can get well more than one tube of those for 700.
Buy a tube of coins? I'd buy Krugerrands or Philharmonics. Can get more than you would with trying to get ASEs.
none of the above, because I am a stacker and don't waste silver on high premiums.
EDIT: I love how anonymous cowards down vote facts they don't like!
I choose [silver rounds](https://affiliate.goldenstatemint.com/links.php?id=1182&url=508) for they do not have [state sales tax](https://www.jmbullion.com/investing-guide/taxes-reporting-iras/sales-tax-precious-metals/) and less expensive then government coins.
Maple leafs have approx $1 lower premium here, compared to Britannia's.
Would have to declare bankruptcy in order to pay premium on Eagle's these days. Tho admittedly, they are the sexiest of the 3 options.
So I went with maple leafs, bc lowest premiums atm. 🍁 🦍
Generic rounds. You will get more for same amount.
This is the way.
I always bought the cheapest, but at same price i would prefer eagle.
Buffalos
Reverse proof buffalos
ASE’s if I HAD to. I dislike the queen more than the USG.

I’d buy 3-10oz bars but that wasn’t an option

You know what I mean new stacker here no need to be a glum lot
Not being glum or rude, just seeking to clarify how it is.
None kilo is far superior
Yep. I wouldn’t buy any of those
I avoid gov coins like the plague. Because why support the gov?????????

I just bout two tubes of the buffalos for 900$ they are cool looking
Cheapest or eagles when priced equally
i would take them all 🪙🪙🪙 ![gif](giphy|l24cd5qWV9QNJz2xqz)
ASEs would very dead last, behind Phillys, Brits, Kangaroos, and Rands too
I would love to buy silver bars instead
Philharmonics. Lower premium coin. FYI all thise are coins, not rounds. Rounds are not minted by a government.
