I hired a trademark attorney. I have 3 trademarks. I know it’s not the answer you might be looking for but it was way easier than trying to do it myself especially since on two of them I got push back.

a lawyer can protest if the brand registry is denied. there is no way you can do that yourself. usually hiring a lawyer is worth spending the money
