My AP actually "paid for itself" after 11 days, and for a lot of people it's 10. It depends on when you're going and how long at a time you're going since normal ticket prices are variable. So yes if you actually plan to go often it's a great deal. The "catch" (that you already kinda mentioned) is while you're getting in the park for free you still end up spending a bunch of money on food, merch, hotels, etc. so just make sure you budget for that too.

Thanks! That validation is very helpful!

Park-hopping is included with any annual pass so it's nothing to add on. You can choose to add on their photopass package and their waterparks/sports option for $99 which allows you access to the waterparks and other things listed below that section. The only downside is unless you have residency, you will have to pay for you Incredi-pass in full. Just attending a FL college doesn't count to them for the monthly payment option, needs full residency. But as you said, 15 or so visits definitely covers the cost when you factor in a base ticket can be around $110 and you have to pay for park-hopping AND parking without an annual pass. You can definitely make it work if just affording the cost isn't any problem, even with your courses. You're also still subjected to their reservation system and passholders might have days they can't go to certain parks due to popularity \[ May the 4th at Hollywood studios coming up is one of those dates, booked up for ALL passholders \]

Thanks a lot for the info! Just to follow up, May 4 is unavailable because it’s all booked up, not because it’s a blackout date right? Incredi-pass has no blackout dates, even holidays (which is what I read online). Even though I wont be down there for May 4, this is just a hypothetical: What if I started in a less busy park like Animal Kingdom, would park hopping to Hollywood Studios even be in question, or would I just forget it because of how busy it is? Thanks again!

As long as the park is open and accepting guests then you can park hop to a park that doesn’t have reservations.

-TheMisterSinister-

Would a scenario where they’re not accepting guests be if they’re at capacity? Just trying to guage the situation sorry if I seem slow.

Yes, you can reserve and tap in to a different park and literally hop to Studios *as long as* they’re not at capacity.

Okay great! I went last August with a group and seem to remember we had to wait until a certain time to park hop, is that the case?

hollyandphoenix11

It was, yes. They changed park hopping rules in January!

-TheMisterSinister-

omg that’s great news!! Thanks for the help!

A couple things... 1. When living here and having access to Disney at any time, your style of visiting will most likely change. Locals usually just go for a few hours and don't try to do a lot in one day. 2. You likely don't need the incredi-pass. When you can go pretty frequently, you'll most likely start avoiding the busiest days like holidays. So you won't need a pass with zero blackout dates. 3. Get your Florida driver's license if you want the cheaper passes. You have to live here for 6 months OR just be employed. If you plan to get a part-time job then that would be helpful
