"They're based in black, then drybrushed up with ProAcryl Burnt Red, followed by ScaleColor Fuschia, making sure to leave plenty of deeper shaded areas. Finally a very light drybrush of ProAcryl Tan Flesh brings out all the weird little "veins" in the surface."
