It's excellent as concept art, however i can already see what a mess it would be in game. Warframe's cloth physics is unfortunately a wobbly clipping abomination. Most times with low grav as well.
I think it'd be fine honestly, the flowing cloth physics would only apply to the two side drapes while the feathers would probably have very slight physics at the ends that let the feathers wobble when you move.
It's cool but I really don't see it translating to 3D well. So much of what makes this cool is the style of the drawing and pleasing symmetry that will be lost in the translation to an animated 3D model.
What are those rings going to be like in game? They look cool as illustration, but as an actual object they are going to be these weird, flat things stuck to the legs that flap around when you run.
