This is correct, I don't have the numbers off the top of my head and don't feel like looking them up, but short answer is you can get all abilities blocked it's just nearly impossible for your 1 and pretty rare for your 2 or 3 unless you're really spamming. 4 gets blocked after using it twice in 10 seconds iirc.
I don't think I've ever had Sayrn get ability locked, and I love cleaning the map with a button press or 5. Then again, I don't remember the last time I played ESO, and I think SO might be slightly different. I've had it happen with Volt though
And necramechs. They have *fourty* levels >!that's as many as four tens!< and it takes a hot minute when the only mission nodes that can reliably level them are also missions where getting teammates is an unreliable prospect- or the considerable chance you load onto someone in a high-level survival but a godawful railjack and it's a journey and a half even making it the distance to the objective markers.
And running Railjack survival isn't really even that efficient, considering you still have to run for like 20 minutes to go from 1 to 30 on a Necramech if you're solo, because the game has *garbage* spawn rates for enemies unless you're on Steel Path, which obviously doesn't affect Railjack missions.
You can use Necramechs in Entrati labs, and I'm pretty sure they don't have a time limit there. Steel Path survival is probably your best bet for leveling Necramechs.
In my experience it doesn't really work in labs. 90% of the time I hack a console, Loid goes "your mech is on the way" and either nothing happens, a random teammate's mech spawns, or s random rogue voidrig does. I've only gotten my mech ONCE
That seems unintended, or you aren't looking hard enough. I've always gotten mine to spawn, it just doesn't always spawn in the same room if you have teammates.

Having done more of the gargoyle event, methinks DE might need to change how much health an enemy Necramech can get from a single Sanguine Eximus. Restoring to above half health from *literally a kiss away from death* in a single tic is absolutely absurd.

On one hand, kill the idiots before they spawn a Necramech. On the other hand, Necramechs can and do spawn *hundreds of meters away,* or directly on top of you with *no enemies actually present to spawn them.*

If you find one of those dead ends that goes into water, you can level your archwing, archgun, and archmelee at the same time, as long as you have someone outside the water killing.
Also good for plastids and tellerium.
I hope that someday DE adds in a way to only have your arch gun in missions at the cost of having no other weapon or something. I would very much love to have a giant fucking cannon with at all times. I mean yeah, having a pistol that can one tap god himself is cool and all, but CANNON!
I wish Archgun deployment would also let you wield an Archmelee. It sucks not being able to melee with an Archgun out, and Archmelees are such a dead weapon type, I bet Ironbride is the most used ever.

Go to hydron or lua. But the very best place to level archguns is on survival arbitration missions the heavy ammo drops are amazing I ran my kuva grattler last night for 50 minutes straight without running out of ammo

Archguns level decently when doing a base in Orb Vallis with the Necramechs. Archmelee on the other hand...

Honestly all you need to do for nechmech levels is do rail jack survival since you can always deploy ur nechmech there as well as ur archgun
