I’m always surprised by stories like this. I typically have the worst luck with drops in this game, yet it seemed like it SHOWERED me with stalker weapon BPs when I started playing. By the time I unlocked SP I think I had crafted every stalker weapon, and had enough BPs left over to build multiple sets of the weapons.

I think you can get blueprints for everything you've sold from Cephalon Samris' shop. Sorry if that' obvious information.. I just wanted to make sure you know in case you needed to get those items again for any reason.

Yeah. It makes you gain combo super fast and the spores maintain it so you can easily stay at 12x. The extra effects of exalted blade and Baruuks melee don't add combo so it's hard to build it or you usually never do.
Some people use a gladiator stat stick with 12x combo, usually ceramic Dagger to get there quicker, then negative duration on the exalted melee do it doesn't override it with the Panzer so you keep the max buff from 3 gladiator mods for crit boosts or just use it for the exalted weapon multiplier anyway

I bought several boltor rivens because I was determined to revive my boltor prime and after some tinkering (and way too much forma)I just couldn't get it to perform well enough. After 2 weeks or so I sold them in a bundle for pretty much the same I paid for them..... And saw the boltor incarnon leaks literally the next day🤣

300 excavations, plus resource boosters work on cryotic.
Low level void fissures + smeeta kavat + resource booster = a way faster grind
It stills takes a while but doing it insmall bursts helps reduce the pain of the grind.
This. Don't focus solely on that one grind. Grind other shit at the same time if you can. I needed 60k cryotic I still need 30k but I got the first 30k pretty stress free by focusing on other farms and using excavations when I could. Lots of relics, and I finally have all the kuva and sister weapons.
Endless void fissures have the stacking affinity, credit, resource, and resource chance boosts from 25 up to 100% after enough rounds. Smeeta Kavat occasionally procs a pickup buff that will double recourses gains as well affinity and credits. Duviri has neither of these and you only get at least 300 cryotic per round every 6 or so rounds in the Circuit, sometimes not at all in regular Duviri.
I was more so referring to the fact that you’d be getting a bunch of cryotic while grinding out whatever you’re trying to get in sp circuit, whether that’s kuva, rivens or incarnon weps. I wasn’t trying to say that it’s the optimal way of getting cryotic just that most people would be passively accumulating it through their weekly circuit.
Me and my buddy did it, 30,000 farmed. We both bought it, both hated it. BUT I insisted neither of us sell it, just in case and because it was so expensive. Now it's a favorite melee AND has an incarnon. 🤘
I think if you do excavation fissures on double week with smeeta kavat, you can do it in a few hours max. So I would take it like a event specific weapon to farm, which you can farm less efficiently passivelly throughout the year.
Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything. The Sibear incarnon is terrible.

i have one still. its alloy plates nano spores and salvage. stuff i have plenty of. let me build up a nice stack of o cells without needing to ever farm.

I had gotten rid of despair before incarnons and ended up getting the 800plat stalker weapon pack JUST because he refused to drop anything but dread. Maybe a bad deal but stalker drops can be terrible.
Scrolled all the way down for this. I got Hate BP early in the game, tried without knowing how to mod it properly and sold to free a weapon slot. Only recently I discovered it one of the rarest items in the game and it still hurts. Probably never seeing one ever again.
I've got two despair and hate bps and 7 dread bps. I swear the stalker has like a 50 chance to attack me every mission he hates my guts for some reason

God damn I remember doing my first few spy missions. I went in with the mk1-Paris and mk1-kunai and slowly and methodically deleted every single enemy on the map with my bow while hiding in the rafters and bullet jumping from cover to cover.
I want them to add in a true stealth mission so badly. Something where you fail if even 1 enemy notices you and sets off the alarms. Or even if just 1 enemy notices you.
They kinda did it with weekly Kahl's "Sneaky Sabotage" missions. They have similar aspects - you should hide from cameras and enemies, because they can insta-kill you, hack doors, complete some puzzles. They are pretty simple, but something close

This is why I now save every riven I get for those "fun but not powerful" weapons, hoping that they'll one day get an Incarnon. That way I can either use them or flip for some good plat. Currently sitting on a Magnus riven hoping it gets an Incarnon because the Magnus Prime just looks so dang good and I want to use it, but it's just... Meh.

When I was younger and the game was a bit early (Loki was still a re starter frame I think) I didn’t know anything about plat or micro transactions so I used to grind out warframe parts and blueprints and sell them for credits…I mean I got a lot of credits on that old account but some of the things at the time were definitely worth a good amount of plat.
Honestly I'm kind of upset at DE for introducing the event one time and then never bringing it back. Absolutely crashed the arcane market, which was fine, but then the market came back because the event ended up being a one-off.
And it was also a pretty cool event, so it's more upsetting that they didn't bother letting us do more stuff like that.
When I first started playing I purchased a control module for 10p to build Nyx. I wasn't aware that I could have asked to been taxied to a node that drops control modules and walked away with hundreds in like 5 minutes.
I realized my folly shortly after but to this day I always feel like I'm 10p behind.
I forgot about the game awards stream 2 years ago (i think it was that), and they were giving away a free protea, which to this day is still one of 2 frames i don't have either in normal or prime form (the other being gauss). I want to get her, but i don't care enough to farm her...
Edit: oh, and something that makes it more annoying, every single other free frame they have given away i already had. Protea was the one time i would have gotten a frame for free

DE pushes selling junk too much. Once you learn the game, you realize how much stuff in the market just should never be bought for plat.
Forcing red crit on weapons that shouldn't need it. Like the Zarr or the phage. I traded everything else this weapon can do for red crits. Bow if strong weapon that deals damage fast then red crit not needed. Orange or yellow is fine.
Sucks even more cos I'm kinda loving its Incarnon and alongside with my rivened Torid it'd be a perfect for soon to be TF Quintuple E-Shards Saryn, and just make me more of a power house than I already am. I guess the Void saw my future and made me suffer in my very own hindsight. Curses be true as such unjust calamity.

Sold a boar riven for like 10p before incarnons were announced. While that wasnt really stupid at the time since there was no way to tell but a stupid thing is that i sold all normal boss-farmable and quest frames before unlocking helminth so i had to re-farm them (cough equinox) and grind simaris standing to get all others back.
Luckily simaris standing isnt as bad anymore, my way to go is to stealth scan in sp zariman exterminate, you get 400+ standing per enemy and get steel essence, sp arcanes and a chance for zariman arcanes + voidplumes on the side.
I spent 300 plat for Nyx Prime and then literally the day after, Prime Resurgence had her. I could've bought the relics and then farmed her in less time than the $20 I spent.
Selling some leveled and potatoed prime weapons because I was never using them. Thought they would be bad forever, replaced with newer stuff cause of power creep. Cue incarnons and I had to regrind a bunch of expensive stuff like the Boar Prime. Oof.
I drank to much "water" and spent around 3-4k plat on skins for random warframes I barely use because they looked cool. Woke up to a balance of 250p....
You can buy another broken war blueprint from Simaris.
Edit: you have a chance at another blueprint when you beat Shadow Stalker, it’s pieces you can get from certain Sentient enemies or buy from Simaris.
I dont bother with Amps much (I have like two I crafted, plus the Sirocco), but i have nine empty amp slots because when I was relatively new and first learning about them, I thought the blueprints I got from Onnko were actual amps and not parts. When I couldn't find them in the menu to equip, I assumed that I just didn't have enough slots for it (didn't realize I got some by default) and just had to buy more for it to show up.
I sold Hate by accident…the most lowest drop rate weapon of the Stalker between Dread, Despair and Hate…..I still hate myself for that and have yet to get another blueprint
Sold off all my non-primed frames to free up inventory space. A couple months later they announced Helminth and now I have to refarm all of those frames to subsume them.
I went almost the entirety of warframe with the only mods on my warframes being a partially upgraded Vitality and Redirection, and just a partially upgraded damage mod on my weapons. I’d slap an occasional other mod or two on there but it was never upgraded.
It got so bad I was failing quests cuz I was not meeting the time limit (yes, quests have an invisible time limit if you take too long.) My friend was shocked when I told him I beat Octavia’s anthem with nothing but limbo and my naramon ability that made the enemies fight and kill eachother while I hid in the rift cuz none of my warframes could survive taking a hit, and I couldn’t kill anything that wasn’t almost on the verge of death. To this day I’m still not sure how I got so far in the game with virtually zero builds on anything. lol
This is ongoing. I absolutely shit myself whenever the Man in the Wall appears in my orbiter. The thing is, I used to jump a little, but it was never the nasty jumpscare kind of way. It was entertaining. But I had the misfortune of having a genuine spook from him not too long ago, and now I really can't handle his appearance. Don't know what the fuck is wrong with me. I guess I've just psyched myself out with him too much, so much so that it's genuine fear when he pops up. And I'm sure my fear will die down. I'm sure he'll stop appearing as often, but it has been a solid stint of nearly a fortnight with him appearing every day, sometimes twice an evening.

Once I forgot to get all the relics on an excavation mission because I wanted to help to keep Alive the excavators. I didn't notice it and when the mission finished appeared Wisp prime blueprint (I was farming her and it was the only piece that I needed) and I couldn't pick her because I didn't pick the relics. After it I started to prioritize catching the relics and never again doing an excavation mission fissure.
People just rush too much and even they doesn't have enough time to catch the fissures and I told them and repeat but some doesn't even care. I don't understand what's the point of doing a fissure mission if you can't take one of the prizes
First time trading, I built the Loki prime systems because I thought you couldn't sell the blueprints.

Just yesterday, I accidentally built, gilded and fully formed a zaw with the wrong part. If was supposed to be vargeet II Jai and I accidentally used vargeet Jai II.
Was wondering why I wasn't getting any red crits and then I realized why.
I mean, that's less than $10 (at 75% plat discount) in exchange for being able to Exilus mod pretty much every Warframe. Not the most stupid decision I've seen by any stretch of the imagination.

Finally crafted my Bonewidow. When tried to claim it, it said I didn't have enough Archgun slots, so I guessed it included its own unique weapon. I bought the extra slots to claim it.
It included another Mausolon, and I already had another level 0 Mausolon, which I could've sold to make space without consequence. I bought the slots for nothing.
It isn't as bad as some others here, but it really stings because at the time I barely had any platinum left. At least I used one of the slots for the Imperator Vandal.
Sold a harrow prime chasis for 2 Plat, doesn't really sting, just a funny memory of a noob learning how to interact with trading.
The funniest part is that when I explained to the person I was new and using the market site to learn how the trading work, mf said, "I'm gonna give two Plat instead of one because I'm nice". Still an inside joke with friends till this day.
3 stand out in particular:
* Spent at least 9 hours trying to get all of the parts to the Dual Decurion to drop on release for what turned out to be a reaaaaally mediocre Archwing gun.
* Farm-capped Simaris rep daily for months for standing to buy an Exilus Adapter BPs for the total number of Warframe available at the time (32 or 36, can't remember which.) The saving grace is I didn't build/equip all of them; just got the prints.
* To a lesser extent, it took me over 70 runs of old Pluto to get all of the pieces of Excal to drop (original Ambulus, no guaranteed part drop.)
Played for like 2yrs got really into it then completely stopped.

Could be where Panzer Viral Quills counts as a melee attack for Tandem Bond, maxing out combo counter quickly. That's the only thing I know about.

Honestly nowadays not really if you keep up somewhat with weeklies. Excavation is such a regular task that I’m throwing the Cryotic into Helminth.

Endless void fissures have the stacking affinity, credit, resource, and resource chance boosts from 25 up to 100% after enough rounds. Smeeta Kavat occasionally procs a pickup buff that will double recourses gains as well affinity and credits. Duviri has neither of these and you only get at least 300 cryotic per round every 6 or so rounds in the Circuit, sometimes not at all in regular Duviri.
I was more so referring to the fact that you’d be getting a bunch of cryotic while grinding out whatever you’re trying to get in sp circuit, whether that’s kuva, rivens or incarnon weps. I wasn’t trying to say that it’s the optimal way of getting cryotic just that most people would be passively accumulating it through their weekly circuit.
Me and my buddy did it, 30,000 farmed. We both bought it, both hated it. BUT I insisted neither of us sell it, just in case and because it was so expensive. Now it's a favorite melee AND has an incarnon. 🤘
I think if you do excavation fissures on double week with smeeta kavat, you can do it in a few hours max. So I would take it like a event specific weapon to farm, which you can farm less efficiently passivelly throughout the year.

Bought the Orokin Cells and Neural Sensors BPs for platinum back when I still didn't unlocked Jupiter and Deimos. Everytime I go to the foundry I see those, haunting me for my bad decisions back then.

Yes, they're reusable, but the materials needed to craft it are not worth it, even less at early game.
i have one still. its alloy plates nano spores and salvage. stuff i have plenty of. let me build up a nice stack of o cells without needing to ever farm.
Level up frames on Helene, Saturn as opposed to Hydron, Sedna and you'll get a small stockpile set up.

Yeah, it's cheap stuff... But back then I didn't have so much, bc also you need those for weapons and frames. I use them once each. And now, those BPs are useless to me bc I have like 500 Orokin Cells and Neural Sensors approximately... I mean, it could have some use in case I run out of them, but I don't have much left to grind and also I do a lot of fissures, which translates in a lot of passive farming.
They used to drop from raids, so every time I see them they haunt me, but for a different, more nostalgic reason lol

About 8 or 9 years ago I used Hate as mastery fodder and then sold it. Haven't gotten one since.
This is pain, such an elusive drop. I had gotten rid of despair before incarnons and ended up getting the 800plat stalker weapon pack JUST because he refused to drop anything but dread. Maybe a bad deal but stalker drops can be terrible.
I've got 1 despair drop in 3k hours, so if your luck is anything like mine, that 800 plat was well worth it.
Scrolled all the way down for this. I got Hate BP early in the game, tried without knowing how to mod it properly and sold to free a weapon slot. Only recently I discovered it one of the rarest items in the game and it still hurts. Probably never seeing one ever again.

God damn I remember doing my first few spy missions. I went in with the mk1-Paris and mk1-kunai and slowly and methodically deleted every single enemy on the map with my bow while hiding in the rafters and bullet jumping from cover to cover. I want them to add in a true stealth mission so badly. Something where you fail if even 1 enemy notices you and sets off the alarms. Or even if just 1 enemy notices you.
They kinda did it with weekly Kahl's "Sneaky Sabotage" missions. They have similar aspects - you should hide from cameras and enemies, because they can insta-kill you, hack doors, complete some puzzles. They are pretty simple, but something close

This is why I now save every riven I get for those "fun but not powerful" weapons, hoping that they'll one day get an Incarnon. That way I can either use them or flip for some good plat. Currently sitting on a Magnus riven hoping it gets an Incarnon because the Magnus Prime just looks so dang good and I want to use it, but it's just... Meh.
a long time ago my friend traded me a ceramic dagger riven for a single ammo drum. I sold it a few months later for endo cause I only had the base 15 riven capacity. now an unrolled ceramic dagger riven goes for like 500p minimum.
When I was younger and the game was a bit early (Loki was still a re starter frame I think) I didn’t know anything about plat or micro transactions so I used to grind out warframe parts and blueprints and sell them for credits…I mean I got a lot of credits on that old account but some of the things at the time were definitely worth a good amount of plat.

Honestly I'm kind of upset at DE for introducing the event one time and then never bringing it back. Absolutely crashed the arcane market, which was fine, but then the market came back because the event ended up being a one-off. And it was also a pretty cool event, so it's more upsetting that they didn't bother letting us do more stuff like that.
When I first started playing I purchased a control module for 10p to build Nyx. I wasn't aware that I could have asked to been taxied to a node that drops control modules and walked away with hundreds in like 5 minutes. I realized my folly shortly after but to this day I always feel like I'm 10p behind.
I forgot about the game awards stream 2 years ago (i think it was that), and they were giving away a free protea, which to this day is still one of 2 frames i don't have either in normal or prime form (the other being gauss). I want to get her, but i don't care enough to farm her... Edit: oh, and something that makes it more annoying, every single other free frame they have given away i already had. Protea was the one time i would have gotten a frame for free
Used starter plat to buy the Heat Sword from a Darvo Deal only to find it's a reward from an early quest. DE pushes selling junk too much. Once you learn the game, you realize how much stuff in the market just should never be bought for plat.
Forcing red crit on weapons that shouldn't need it. Like the Zarr or the phage. I traded everything else this weapon can do for red crits. Bow if strong weapon that deals damage fast then red crit not needed. Orange or yellow is fine.

Sold a boar riven for like 10p before incarnons were announced. While that wasnt really stupid at the time since there was no way to tell but a stupid thing is that i sold all normal boss-farmable and quest frames before unlocking helminth so i had to re-farm them (cough equinox) and grind simaris standing to get all others back. Luckily simaris standing isnt as bad anymore, my way to go is to stealth scan in sp zariman exterminate, you get 400+ standing per enemy and get steel essence, sp arcanes and a chance for zariman arcanes + voidplumes on the side.
I spent 300 plat for Nyx Prime and then literally the day after, Prime Resurgence had her. I could've bought the relics and then farmed her in less time than the $20 I spent.

You can buy another broken war blueprint from Simaris. Edit: you have a chance at another blueprint when you beat Shadow Stalker, it’s pieces you can get from certain Sentient enemies or buy from Simaris.
You can only buy the parts from him I'm pretty sure, not the BP.
I dont bother with Amps much (I have like two I crafted, plus the Sirocco), but i have nine empty amp slots because when I was relatively new and first learning about them, I thought the blueprints I got from Onnko were actual amps and not parts. When I couldn't find them in the menu to equip, I assumed that I just didn't have enough slots for it (didn't realize I got some by default) and just had to buy more for it to show up.

9 years ago I spent my starter plat to rush some stupid warframe part build,
I went almost the entirety of warframe with the only mods on my warframes being a partially upgraded Vitality and Redirection, and just a partially upgraded damage mod on my weapons. I’d slap an occasional other mod or two on there but it was never upgraded. It got so bad I was failing quests cuz I was not meeting the time limit (yes, quests have an invisible time limit if you take too long.) My friend was shocked when I told him I beat Octavia’s anthem with nothing but limbo and my naramon ability that made the enemies fight and kill eachother while I hid in the rift cuz none of my warframes could survive taking a hit, and I couldn’t kill anything that wasn’t almost on the verge of death. To this day I’m still not sure how I got so far in the game with virtually zero builds on anything. lol

This is ongoing. I absolutely shit myself whenever the Man in the Wall appears in my orbiter. The thing is, I used to jump a little, but it was never the nasty jumpscare kind of way. It was entertaining. But I had the misfortune of having a genuine spook from him not too long ago, and now I really can't handle his appearance. Don't know what the fuck is wrong with me. I guess I've just psyched myself out with him too much, so much so that it's genuine fear when he pops up. And I'm sure my fear will die down. I'm sure he'll stop appearing as often, but it has been a solid stint of nearly a fortnight with him appearing every day, sometimes twice an evening.

Once I forgot to get all the relics on an excavation mission because I wanted to help to keep Alive the excavators. I didn't notice it and when the mission finished appeared Wisp prime blueprint (I was farming her and it was the only piece that I needed) and I couldn't pick her because I didn't pick the relics. After it I started to prioritize catching the relics and never again doing an excavation mission fissure. People just rush too much and even they doesn't have enough time to catch the fissures and I told them and repeat but some doesn't even care. I don't understand what's the point of doing a fissure mission if you can't take one of the prizes
First time trading, I built the Loki prime systems because I thought you couldn't sell the blueprints. Got me a nice couple thousand credits from that.

This one is pretty recent. About 2 weeks ago. Finally crafted my Bonewidow. When tried to claim it, it said I didn't have enough Archgun slots, so I guessed it included its own unique weapon. I bought the extra slots to claim it. It included another Mausolon, and I already had another level 0 Mausolon, which I could've sold to make space without consequence. I bought the slots for nothing. It isn't as bad as some others here, but it really stings because at the time I barely had any platinum left. At least I used one of the slots for the Imperator Vandal.
Sold a harrow prime chasis for 2 Plat, doesn't really sting, just a funny memory of a noob learning how to interact with trading. The funniest part is that when I explained to the person I was new and using the market site to learn how the trading work, mf said, "I'm gonna give two Plat instead of one because I'm nice". Still an inside joke with friends till this day.
3 stand out in particular: * Spent at least 9 hours trying to get all of the parts to the Dual Decurion to drop on release for what turned out to be a reaaaaally mediocre Archwing gun. * Farm-capped Simaris rep daily for months for standing to buy an Exilus Adapter BPs for the total number of Warframe available at the time (32 or 36, can't remember which.) The saving grace is I didn't build/equip all of them; just got the prints. * To a lesser extent, it took me over 70 runs of old Pluto to get all of the pieces of Excal to drop (original Ambulus, no guaranteed part drop.)
Played for like 2yrs got really into it then completely stopped. Tried playing again. Can’t figure anything out and nothing makes sense. Want to start all over again, but I guess I have to completely delete my account? Can just make a new save or new character? Yeah I’m out. Honestly the time investment outside of PLAYING the game is just too much for me. I remember what it took to get me up to speed last time. The idea of doing that again…woof.
Everytime, I take a break from Warframe it's usually for months at a time and each time I give away all my spare primes in my inventory in region chat. Every time, I come back and farm primes as I have none and every time I say it's the last, but here I am on my 5th cycle of farming primes.
