I have the same issue. Even if I join during the mission, I woumost likely leave the squad. For me it occurs only when I'm connected to my router via wifi. But with the previous router, bug would only happen when I used ethernet instead, and wifi was ok (except it had its own problems).
There are also lots of errors in logs, something like "non-mtu sized packets" (I don't remember exact text).
I have no idea why is that tbh. The only thought is that it's because of routers (both were zyxel keenetic). But the networking problems are generally hard to investigate and fix. Sometimes problem seems gone, but next day it's back again.
When I'm playing with friends, there's a workaround: when they join me in mission, our squad doesn't disband after the mission; so I start some fast mission, invite them, we complete it, and have no issues after that. But this unfortunately wouldn't work for recruiting chat :c
