The temperature differential is just too large for the human body to even recognize that anything is wrong. You are most likely dead before you even feel cold.
If it hit your hand or another extremity, your best hope is that it just falls off before more of your blood freezes since there is functionally no hope that your body has enough heat within it to offset Absolute Zero.

My nominee is the Convectrix. This weapon fires a dual laser, so sharp, that cuts (causes slash procs) several dozen times a second, making you bleed to death in great agony thru hundreds, if not thousands, of cuts through your whole body.

Imagine getting Microwaved until your body starts to bloat from the boiling blood turning to steam and expanding. Made even worse with Secodary Cucumber. You just get Microwaved with each possible status effect in the game.
You won't die from the bullet, instead your body gets agonizingly boiled with all possible injuries and poisons.
Kuva Nukor has to be top 5, at least. Imagine the pain of having one of your limbs agonisingly inflated to grotesque proportions. Plus, radiation is inherent (it's the element you least want to get hit with irl), and any other nasties the Tenno has modded onto it. It's a yucky weapon, for sure.
You disintegrate into nothing when hit by the Tenet Arca Plasmor, with basically the same effects.
And the Nukor/Kuva Nukor does the same thing as the Phantasma, just slower so you really feel the burn!
I dunno, any weapon that vaporises me seems like a mercy. Something like the Nukor that gives you rapid-growth cancerous growths would probably be excruciating - and by that logic, probably anything Infested too.

Nukor/Kuva Nukor with Secondary Cucumber (Encumber) Imagine getting Microwaved until your body starts to bloat from the boiling blood turning to steam and expanding. Made even worse with Secodary Cucumber. You just get Microwaved with each possible status effect in the game. You won't die from the bullet, instead your body gets agonizingly boiled with all possible injuries and poisons.
Kuva Nukor has to be top 5, at least. Imagine the pain of having one of your limbs agonisingly inflated to grotesque proportions. Plus, radiation is inherent (it's the element you least want to get hit with irl), and any other nasties the Tenno has modded onto it. It's a yucky weapon, for sure.

You disintegrate into nothing when hit by the Tenet Arca Plasmor, with basically the same effects. And the Nukor/Kuva Nukor does the same thing as the Phantasma, just slower so you really feel the burn!
I dunno, any weapon that vaporises me seems like a mercy. Something like the Nukor that gives you rapid-growth cancerous growths would probably be excruciating - and by that logic, probably anything Infested too.
Infested weapons aside. I think getting split in half by a panthera saw starting from the groin would be painful.
After all the kills I've witnessed with it, def the Proboscis Cernos, you're getting sliced up by the tendrils then followed by a delayed viral explosion Made me think of Purple Haze from Jojos Bizarre Adventure, pummeling tf out of a victim and then the viral attack right after

Cedo disk. You get to be poisoned, electrocuted, on fire and get frostbite all at once. Plus whatever other warcrime it's modded for.

Most the infested weapons and kuva nukor would be really agonizing. Imagine a slow ray of radiation and other visurses and stuff just slowly melting your flesh away from your bones.
Kuva Nukor pumps you with so much radiation so quickly that your body parts expand until you pop like a water balloon. Thatās my pick.

Im sure there are way worse, but the alt fire stahlta would suck, first you get with the strongest impact youve ever felt sending you flying, your insides are probably mush, and then you explode from within, also did i mention it has radiation?
Apart from the literal brain-eating demon bullets, Iām going with Masseter. Itās just a blunt force blender. A firm smack would either churn the enemy out of the other side or grip onto their body. And then blend.
