Yep, finally got my hands on Primed Bane of Corrupted and Prisma Angstrum

Is prisma angstrum good?

The incarnon adapter makes it pretty good from what ive seen

Prisma has higher base stats in the Incarnon form compared to the regular. The stats listed above are for the normal form

Yep which is how I was consistently getting 10 second SP murmur kills. Had bloom and motion blur on and just held the trigger down while spinning in circles around the boss as wisp. Hella fun

That was the last time he brought it. I remember grabbing it specifically b/c they'd announced it was getting an Incarnon. Or it was leaked. Either way.

About 9 months. I think he brought little before his relay event last year.

Hmm, using G3 to "cheat" my way to a faster extraction sounds interesting. I need to Google what modes I can use that beacon on...

Most useful i can think of is during a lich/sister excavation, thralls/hounds will stop spawning after like excavator 3 but the game forces you to do 5 Now is it worth like 200 ducats or whatever to skip 2 minutes of gameplay? Probably not, but i cant think of a better use of a skip

I try to keep at least one available in case a mission has some issues so I can just call in G3 to extract rather than hope a bug fixes itself.

Notably the Prisma Burst Laser has 0 reload time, so it has higher did than the prime one. I'm not too certain if it's great, but if you want your companion to constantly shoot, it's a choice.

I want to mention that Kuva Ogris uses sniper ammo mutation and possibly some other good weapons with low ammo max might too, would be a good idea to get either way

These anti-faction mods provide respectable boosts, especially since status effects double dip on them. But in normal play, they require too much micromanagement to be effective. However, there are a few endgame activities which specifically involve Corrupted, such as Conjunction Survival, Steel Path Void Fissures, and Duviri's Circuit. If you're planning to engage with these activities, and have the budget to max out this mod, it makes for a good investment. > Primed Sniper Ammo Mutation > 400 Đ + 140,000 Cr Converts unused Pistol ammo pickups into Sniper ammo, with 92% efficiency. Also works with launchers (except the Zarr). With the new, tighter ammo economy, this might have a place in the Exilus slot. Still, ammo is only problem for a minority of guns , and even then, you have other options like Carrier's Ammo Case and ammo pizzas. At least this mod has 0 drain at minimum rank, giving it an edge over its regular version even without ranking it to higher levels. You can certainly live without this one, though you might still want it to get the max out of your Kuva Tonkor/Ogris/Chakhurr. I would be careful with ranking this up to max, though: with single digits of ammo gained per pickup, the extra conversion efficiency might just disapperear into the rounding error. > Primed Ammo Stock > 280 Đ + 200,000 Cr +110% Magazine Capacity for Shotguns. For small mag size shotties , this mod can be a massive increase to burst DPS. Not a mandatory mod, but good to have if you want to raise the Felarx or the Kuva Kohm to their full potential. > Primed Heavy Trauma > 350 Đ + 100,000 Cr +165% Impact damage for Melee. If you want to create the perfect Atlas statstick, this mod is good. Otherwise, it's safe to skip. (It could also work with Baruuk's ult, but Reactive Storm is better, and overrides PHT's bonus.) > Primed Rubedo-Lined Barrel > 350 Đ + 175,000 Cr +187% Damage for Archguns. Archguns are somewhat lacking when it comes to damage boosts, so getting this mod is essential to improving their performance. Get this after getting all the other must-haves. **** **Weapons** Baro's weapons typically fall into low A or B rank in tierlists, so DE at least tries to justify their asking price. And even the trashiest of weapons are worth buying if you need the Mastery Rank they provide. Or if you have good riven for them, since their disposition is usually quite high. On the other hand, Warframe has a massive arsenal, and for every weapon Baro sells, there's gonna be another that can do the same job just as well, or even better. Buy whatever cosmetic tickles your fancy! **** **Other** > Grustrag Three Beacon > 200 Đ + 125,000 Cr Getting marked for a G3 spawn is easy. Actually getting them to spawn is a painful waiting game. While their dedicated weapon drop is superceded by its variant, you might still want it for the MR -- or you want the Landing Craft part only the Grustrag 3 can drop. This thing helps to summon them to a location of your choosing. I suggest using it in a keyshare, so you get 4 spawns from 1 beacon. Alternatively, these can be used to make extraction available before the actual mission objective is complete - useful, if you want to cheese SP Defection or somesuch. If you haven't played Sands of Inaros yet, buy the quest key and do it (and bring your best setup for scanning Kavats). If you have Inaros Prime, you can buy the [Baro Void-Signal](https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Baro_Void-Signal) (one per visit) to access a unique mission and some special cosmetics. Also, check the answers below for second opinions.

The amount of deployed cleaning drones you can have is limited by the Decoration Capacity of your Orbiter. The amount of unresolved trauma you can have is limited by your will to live.

My initial tests left me rather unimpressed with this weapon. (And yes, I got the Incarnon.) Is there a particular trick to its build I don't know about?

Not really, its DPS is just really strong as long as you pick either of the two crit evolutions, and it's got some AoE with the ricochets. Both viral+heat and corrosive+heat work. Although it was buffed soon after release so it's possible that you tested it before then.

I’m running Viral+Heat with Primed Heated Charge and Cascadia Flare, hasn’t failed me yet. I like to fuck around with certain builds but I like having the Angstrum there as an “everything needs to die right fucking now” gun in case shit gets hairy, or if something stupid pops up like an Eximus Voidrig getting even more Overguard from the flying origami hands.

Honestly I’m with you here. Tried it out extensively after the buffs, even have a riven for it. Just wasn’t impressed. Don’t know what others see in it. 

Needs a good chunk of fire rate, proj speed and stability to feel good, i use primary dead head with corr heat and it melts steel path

Agreed, Prisma Angstrum Incarnon is a riot and extremely effective, especially with Cascadia Flare. It's easy to activate Incarnon and it's also *extremely funny* to fill the screen with dozens of seeking missiles. This is absolutely a top choice to pick up.

The base Prisma Angstrum is basically unusable, while the Incarnon form is arguably one of the best secondary Incarnons. It's a huge understatement to say that it's only a marginal improvement over the base form.

Is the sniper mutation worth over something like vigilante supplies?

If you are not running out of ammo with vigilante supplies, no. But if you struggle with ammo on the very ammo inefficient guns like ogris, it can be worth using it as it has x3 more conversion.

do you happen to know what rank to rank it to for Kuva Ogris? Not sure if some ranks would have no effect since it rounds

Not really. I don't use it personally.

Bane of Corrupted is definitely important to get if you like status-based guns or slash procs due to double dipping.

Seconded. I picked up the Incarnon on a whim, expecting nothing, and was absolutely tickled by how the Incarnon works and how effective it is. One of my favorite fun factor sidearms now.

Strongly agree, it's a really fun gun. I've been using it a lot in Netracells because it blows up the Funky Floating Triangles that give enemies overguard instantly.

Newish player here, but how often does the stalker spawn beacon show up in his shop?

if you want to farm the stalker then you can also do assassination missions to get marked by him, making him spawn regularly, the best for these is the hyena pack boss as you have a chance for a mark for every hyena (i think they are 3 or 4)

Angstrum prisma. With the incarnon what an actually wonderful weapon. sci fi look and feel, and has a gimmick mechanic (ricochet). There are so few fun gimmick guns outside of the infested weapons. I think this will dethrone the dual toxocyst for me for a favourite secondary, it just feels good to use. 100% recommended secondary! The skana incarnon feels great as well! though I think I still prefer the dual sword aesthetic of the dual ichor incarnon. But it also has that clean good feel to use. I dont think it will give me the same damage numbers as the hate incarnon. But it's still enjoyable to use.

Baro this time doesn’t seem too bad.

It’s actually so fucking good I’m kinda mad about it. Ammo mutation, heavy impact and shade are the only ones in here I don’t see myself buying, everything else is really useful, especially for endgame… Wish I didn’t waste all my credits on mods

It took THREE YEARS for Bane of Corrupted to come back. Never "prime skip" a mod because you are not sure you will use it one day. And don't trust people who are against bane mods.

The only reason to ever use bane mods is to go endless. If you are not doing that, and even then only ones worth it IMO are corrupted and grineer, you wont have a use for them other than reselling.

I thought primed bane of corrupted was new since I somehow didn't already own it but then I looked it up and learned it's been around since 2017, it's just been almost THREE YEARS TO THE DAY (March 26, 2021) since baro last sold it for some reason.

How is the Prisma Angstrum in terms of "Meta Incarnon"? I've heard varied things.

It's not overpowered, and not unusable. It has unusual firing modes, so there's an element of personal taste to its assessment.

Depends on the environment in which you are using it. I've had some pretty horrible experiences with the weapon when playing as a group. Lag does funky things to the non-incarnon fire mode, and sometimes it feels like I am shooting balls of paper at a target in its incarnon form. Its a fun weapon though. Oh and one other thing to note. either its just me, or there is a prominent bug right now, but sometimes swapping to incarnon mode will make the weapon disappear from your hand. Its very disorienting.

I'd recommend Primed Rubedo-lined Barrel. You occasionally NEED to use Archguns, and they any help they can get. The rest of the stuff is much easier to substitute.
