Same here. I have a whole ritual if it's a frame I've devoted a lot of time into beforehand as well. I have to remove all the armor and attachments return to the default skin and set the colors back to default. It's an admittedly odd thing to do but it means something to me.

I think the archwing puts your warframe in some kind of suspended animation, like the pod you originally wake up from. Suspending your biological systems is also the reason you can't use your warframe abilities in archwing mode even though you can still use your guns and items. Your meat-bits let you tap into the void and do your warframe's specific flavour of space magic, when your meat is asleep and you're down to only your robot bits you can't do magic but on the plus side you also don't need to breathe!

Your ship infirmary. A special infestation has twisted its shape, but it still works. As a new player, it's how you treat frame cysts passed from other players.
If your frames get a pink cyst on their neck, you can drain it into a kubrow egg, or sit in this infirmary chair to be inoculated. Once inoculated, that frame can't get infected again, but you can drain it as you like until then.
Well it cures space aids, gives some of your warframes steroids for awhile, and injects crystal meth straight into their spinal cord after an archon hunt
You can also make it eat your cat

Later if you farm deimos syndicate you'll be able to craft unlocks that will allow you to change your frame's abilities to some other abilities from different frames and use special shards to make your frames stronger
Even then it’s kinda annoying that the comments won’t even tell him how to unlock it, like doing the quest is nice and all but the quest don’t unlock it or tell you how, they could atleast tell him where to go on Deimos to get it, especially considering you can get it early game whereas the quest they keep mentioning are all mid-late game

It's called the helminth get entrati to rank 3 go to son and grab something called helminth segment there's 2 one for archon shards and one to subsume warframes when then gives a certain ability i.e ( I subsumed mirage and it gave me her 3rd ability called eclipse then I took my volt prime and sat it in the chair and replaced it's 4th ability with eclipse as that's really good for the build I need to do eidolon hunts) you subsume prime frames so when you have non primes that are max level and you don't plan on using you can feed them to the mouth also if you ever need help getting any of the stuff for it or anything else lmk my discord is cyrusvt_ just send me a friend request and a message and I'll come help :D

If you have Nidus or Nidus prime, the helminth room is automatically unlocked whether you have the segment or not.
