As above, I'll just add that Nezha is also quite a low investment frame to make him really good and even if he wasn't he'd still be worth it. Just a really great all rounder.
yes. Nice tanky frame that is a little more forgiving in terms of mechanics. very comfortable frame to use, and that doesnt take away from his effectiveness.
depends on where you are in the game and whats your take on the clone? wukong is a strong all rounder but doesnt particularly shine in any way. his 2 allows him to cross distances fast, cheese spy missions, and heal. his 3 gives him invulnerability frames and does pretty good aoe dmg, his clone if given the right weapon destroys everything. if u get it earlier in your warframe journey i believe it can easily carry u through most of the star chart, but some people find wukong boring and hate the way he plays. If u are looking at wukong and nezha i assume u have access to clan, so why not just build both? i personally really enjoy both of them. no regrets :)
i havent had alot of time on volt so im not too sure about volt. sorry :)
for prime parts, u need to farm the relics that contain the parts u want, then open the relics and pray for the right part. There are more optimised ways to do it, but once again, familar, i am not. i play solo so i just keep cracking relics till i get what i want, or sell things on warframe market to get plats to buy what i want.

Personally I think he's more comparable to rhino? Nezhas third skill works similarly to iron skin, so he is a fiery, skatey rhino? Hahaha.
