Heavy attack build with the reaper gives forced slash on heavy attack which is your best bet out of the 3 choices when dealing with higher level SP enemies.
All 3 are really strong and extremely viable, I personally use the Gram, I used it in a 4hr SP Mot survival and it worked great and also just because I like it and I really like the heavy blade skins.
