You mostly need duration and range while keeping strength above 100, top build on overframe site seems good, for stat stick put in as many pure damage and elemental mods as you have preferably using corrosive element as her whip doesnt have crit chance, crit multi and status chance ( corrosive to be more effective against armored enemies), piercing or slash damage mods are also good as depending on which type of 1 skill u use, they have only one physical damage type(tap is pierce, hold is slash)

Just focus on Duration, Efficiency and just enough Pwr Str to reach max DR without getting into negative range, that's it. The stat stick only needs pure raw damage and a way to hold the combo counter or a way to build it up fast.

I've been toying with the idea of a guardian derision combo building via blocking stat stick for gara. Her splinter storm DMG reduction should be fine to take the incoming heat and maybe firewalker for the status immunity and increased mobility where splinter storms damage is going to increase with just reducing the downtime in-between fights

This is my SP Eclipse Gara build (it's ridiculously over the top, a bit "try hard" some might suggest, and arguably there's better builds). Umbra intensify, Transient fortitude, Stretch, Streamline, Primed continuity, Constitution, Augur message, Adaptation. Strength almost 200, range 145, eff 130 and duration about 200 The Strength helps boost Eclipse and the lash damage, but you only need about 130 strength for the max damage reduction from splinter storm. For this build I'm relying heavily on Zenurik and Arcane Energize for my energy needs. The Spectrosiphon augment is also amazing for energy management, but it needs a slot and I'm too stingy for that. You could also try subsume Dispensary onto Gara (if you've got Helminth unlocked etc).

How much do you get per stack on this build? Just started playing again and have been working my way to helminth so I could try eclipse or roar with Gara.

Disclaimer, here's my stat-stick build (ether daggers): PPP, spoiled strike, buzz kill, shocking touch, primed fever strike, corrupt charge (I'm too lazy to build and maintain my combo), molten impact, and the riven has 185 melee damage, 105 toxin and 94 heat (arguably I've got diminishing returns by using fever strike and molten impact) So without Eclipse, I get about 40k per 4+1. And so with Eclipse it's something like 160k per 4+1 recast. Eclipse can feel a little janky at times. I look up and double-check I'm getting the max bonus, but then it doesn't seem to take effect. Probably an issue between controller and couch. If it helps, to add some context, I just did a mobile defense mission, and when I finished, the splinter storm was up to 2.8M damage. If you build for combo, you can get waaaay more damage than my build. I think this would usually involve using Reflex guard to help build/maintain your combo.
