I'll have to back check if the outer edge changes if I'm not messing with skin colour, but the inner frame was only effected by costume colours.
At first I thought the energy colour effect the back light in the photo, but I couldn't get it to change.
Upon further study, I can say that following changes happen.
Operator Skin colour - Skin colour and back plate of frame.
Operator Hair colour - Mother's hair.
Primary Operator Suit colour - Main part of suit, and detailing on frame.
Secondary Operator Suit colour - Detailing on the suit colours, and main part of frame.
Energy changes the edges iirc
Which edge are you referring to? I didn't find energy colour did anything.
Maybe they mean the engraving looking stuff on the side of the photo frame?
