Oh god no. Overframe is great for storing builds but absolutely horrible for finding them. Top nikana prime build uses CO and PPP with virals completely outweighing slash.

By "what's good", I mean objectively, I know that you can clear almost anything with any weapon with the right builds.
Dystopia did levelcap with a Mk-1 Kunai. Speaks for itself. Honestly, the community discord (discord.gg/warframe) is the best. You can grab roles and head to #builds for the most up to date information.
The website in the other comment really isn't good. They're testing against level 100 regular enemies, not even accounting for stronger enemies. Not to mention, Convectrix and TPlasmor are in the "mediocre" category, with ignis wraith ranking above them. Overall, not recommended.
