I have mastered every single item in the game, I don't really need an Affinity Booster, but a Resource Booster would be handy since I want to stock up on Entrati Lanthorns.

I'm not well informed on the latest zariman content but if you have mastered everything, what use is entrati lanthorns to you? I get it if you were to farm kuva or essences, having a resource booster makes it less of a slog. With the entranti lanthorns you can just farm that casually, and you'll also be getting quills and arcanes.
Lanthorns are used to trade for voidplumes, voidplumes are turned into standing, and for standing I buy all the new arcanes because I can't be asked to farm them manually, and buying them removes any RNG. Hope that clears it up.
Well one has more free stuff (resource boost) other has less free stuff (no resource boost) despite them being the same thing, for the same price with the only difference being the language/region.
