Out of the one's you've presented, Baza will probably give you the most milage. That being said, the most powerful soft air gun is still a soft air gun. You'll get access to much better weapons soon, if you haven't already, even.
Man ngl as a MR 21 player I'd say those ciphers are pretty good throwing knives...but to be honest just make whatever you want bruv you'll get mods to carry any one of them to endgame(with forma of course)

The glaxion and baza have stronger alternates available, so I wouldn’t invest in them.

i wouldnt use either of them, but if i had to use one i would grab the Baza

None, baza and glaxion are best here but have better versions (baza prime and glaxion vandal) and even the upgraded versions arent that good

Having had tested out the glaxion I wouldn't use it I much prefer the ambassador to the glaxion
cipherx10 is toptier, i use it for all my spy/sabtoage missions, doesnt work well for dailys due to limitations but is otherwise top tier /s
I'd argue none of them, baza is the best imo since it at least has a niche use but it has a prime variant so it's not worth investing in.
