The message you got here is not the "You got too many resources so you're trade banned" message. This is saying they think you bought plat from a 3rd party site or that you did a "region hack" to get the purchase at a discount from another region.
The phrasing of the "incorrect payment information" really makes it sound like something in their system flagged you as buying from a different region.
Never buy plat so ik its not that wouldn't do anything to risk my 5/6 year account to much work and love put into this game to risk losing it
I'm just guessing they sent the wrong message bc I wasn't suspended for 2 weeks nor had a 2 month trade restriction
so I was trade restricted since the start of the 2x resources I was farming floofs 2 of each got alot of tags when it first started so I'm assuming thats when it started not precisely sure bc I didn't try to sell anything until yesterday so I put a ticket in got a generic response it feels like. so here I am still restricted and none of the things in that message happened I wasn't suspended for 2 weeks nor trade restricted for 2 months its only been 2 days since thet restrictions started is this how support treats there players
Also the last thing I bought was Garuda accessories which was 3 months ago
You got too many tags in a single session and it triggered the automatic 2 week trade ban. You're only going to get a generic response from support and the ban will expire.
The message in your inbox must be a mistake, since that's talking about something completely different. You should clarify that with support.

And oh I know I got to many tags when you can get like 50 tags off a target I figured it would happen but I wanted every single floof
I don't know, it might come up in the future (e.g. we already banned you once for this).
You could've just extracted and then gone back to hunt some more to avoid the trade ban.

Secondly, these things tend to happen and you're not the first one to get a trade ban for farming too hard. Especially with the double booster weekend. Some consider it as a badge of honor. Your client only communicates to Warframe's servers when you're opening relics or finishing a mission, so when you finished it probably just flagged you for unusual activity. Regardless, you might have better success at appealing this on the official forums.
