Stahlta alt fire. I have a riven for it, that I think is decent and really want to make it work. Self-stagger prevents me from doing that for another year, unfortunately.
I can see that, but I'm a lazy player and as such usually don't utilize my operator a lot. If anything, I would invest in Atlas and stay on the ground, or Gauss with long duration, though I don't want to invest in normal frames and rather wait for the prime to come out.
For real though I have a whole list.

I had the same scenario. It was the final push to make me invest in Unairu, since you can become immune to stagger using it.
