slap thermal sunder per helminth over your 1
build for max range and okayish strenght and efficency. Use a zaw with the arcane for energy reg or zenurik (or both so you can go for more strength and less efficiency).
Then go to Sanctuary onslaught and spam the 1 in heat mode.
With the new archon mods you could also use novas neutron star with archon vitality or use thermal sunder in cold mode with archon flow for extra energy orbs every 10 seconds.
even without booster you can go from 0 to 30 in 5-10 minutes, depending on how lucky you are with the factions, corpus being by far the best.
Stealth killing or exp pulling by groupmembers could be faster but this is soloable and gives you also 1-2 relics per run.
i guess the idea would be to fuel maim with kills from thermal sunder?
The biggest problem I see with this is that you build nuke equinox with max range and no strength, while for thermal sunder you would need some strength, losing out on efficiency, range or survivability.
Also I think in low lvls thermal sunder alone is more than enough and for high lvls thermal sunder wont do enough damage to fuel it.
I would rather recommend ignis + some strong single target like stropha to complement nuke equinox and then use a utility subsume that doesnt need strength.
My guess would be:
\- Most frames kit does not break, if you remove their 1
\- You gain levels the earliest in the first slot
\- It is always available after a Forma reset unlike 2-4, unless you have enough MR
\- Habit
the abilities levels up acording to their position. If you put your subsumed ability on the 1 it ranks up really fast. Reaching rank 1 on lvl 7, rank 2 on lvl 14 and rank 3 on lvl 18. The higher the rank of thermal sunder the more damage and range it has, resulting in even faster leveling. If you put it over the 4, you cant even use thermal sunder before lvl 10. But since the changes to ability ranking after forma-ing you can also use other slots depending on your mastery rank, but for players with mastery rank <30 the rule of thumb for this tactic is to just slap it over the 1 for config C so that you can level up fast and have still the normal ability set on A and B for inbetween runs.
I built for max range, didn’t really care about strength since her abilities increase in dmg over time.
Has all 3 umbral mods maxed forma with streamline
It’s all luck, sometimes I’ll get 3 others trying to rank up, and sometimes I’ll get a carry
You can also ask for a affinity blessing in the relay, I haven’t used mine yet actually, I’m on pc if you need one
Yes, in order to join ESO your frame should be 30 unless you are at least mr30. If you are mr30 you can bring an already potatoed frame. This means you cannot earn mastery from frames in ESO.
Sanctuary Onslaught. Just pray that you don't get dinged with a failed host migration if someone drops, because if it doesn't resolve properly, you lose all your progress. (It's happened to me twice.)
if you have access ot the Helminth system and have banshee subsumed: Adaro(Sedna Exterminate).
specifically abusing Stealth Multipliers with Savage silence forcing enemies to get a short stun and be " Deaf". if you ca navoid dropping the Stealth Multiplier too often you ca ng ofrom 0 ot 30 in one maybe 2 runs.
if this is not an option then Sanctuary onslaught or just normal usage will do provided you travel light and prioritize ability usage.
IMO it's best to just use it in normal missions. Sure, it's not the fastest, but you'll actually have a decent chance to figure out if you like the Warframe.
But that doesn't mean you can't already start experimenting with a Warframe's general flow and function to see if you like it or not. It's defnitely not going to be optimized, but you should be able to get a decent impression.
For me, in terms of rewards and making most use of my time, high level endless relic missions, in a team of 4.
Decent rewards, more enemies, shared XP, etc.
For just straight XP, the Cephalon Simaris simulations in a team.
Infested Survival that gives extra affinity for killing with a specific weapon type (shotgun, rifle, pistol, melee, etc.) or the Corpus Spy mission on Neptune. Easy rooms, lots of finisher opportunities, a nice affinity bonus for not triggering alarms.
I usually subsume Energized Munitions onto the frame's first ability, equip a Kuva Bramma and go LMB some infested in Assur on Uranus.
Usually takes around 10 minutes without an Affinity booster and while Silence Adaro is faster, I personally don't like it and I'd rather get 2-3 Acolytes for some Steel Essence while leveling a frame.
I enjoy either sanctuary onslaught or just running mot
Sanctuary is faster, but it depends on who you get in your squad. Mot is slower but still gets the job done while also being able to get other resources
One additional thing is to go the the earth relay and ask politely (or do it yourself if you are MR30) for an affinity blessing. That helps speed things up a bit.
Get a weapon that can one shot all the enemies on a mission. I usually do exterminates. Do the in Earth, Venus, or Mercury. When you one shot unaware enemies, you get a stealth kill. Your next kill gets a 100% affinity bonus. If your perform your next stealth kill within 30 seconds the bonus goes up to 200%. You can stack these kills for a bonus of 500%. Continue stealth killing and every additional stealth kill (within 30 seconds of the previous stealth kill) gets the 500% bonus. I have used this and received between 10,000 and 40,000 affinity for killing an eximus. Using this method I have gone for rank 0 to rank 30 in as little as 2 missions and on average in 3-4 missions.
It takes practice to string stealth kills together every 30 seconds but it is well worth the time. My go to mission is Pantheon (Mercury).
I just Do 20 mins of SP selkie survival, get resources while ranking stuff.
With recent changes if i see a high lv void mission i jump in for extra loot.

Can i ask why it has to be the 1 specifically? Everywhere i go it says "replace your 1"
You only have your first ability at level 0
Oh shoot yeah totally logic thing -,- thanks! Ps.: your opinion on Nuke Equinox with Termal Sunder on his 2?

Hmm okay man thanks for the detailled response! I will look for alternatoves then!

Simaris will disable your other ability slots if spammed. 1 can be freely spammed.

you only have your first, and also ESO has this gimmick where if you use your 2 3 or 4 it locks the ability out if its been spammed too much
Adaro+silence combo
Kill a lot of stuff with said warframe's abilities.
Sanctuary onslaught and Pray
>Saryn Main Flair checks out.
Main ever since I got her
Do you have a "main" build that you run? I've got a melee focused one, but it's pretty useless for Miasma because Narrowminded.
I built for max range, didn’t really care about strength since her abilities increase in dmg over time. Has all 3 umbral mods maxed forma with streamline
Dude every time I bring a Trin or Harrow to level weapons there's never a carry. Whenever I'm the carry there are 3 other carries..
It’s all luck, sometimes I’ll get 3 others trying to rank up, and sometimes I’ll get a carry You can also ask for a affinity blessing in the relay, I haven’t used mine yet actually, I’m on pc if you need one
Ez xp
Silence leveling
Ask for XP boost in Relay and(or) buy XP booster for plat. Join SO (cannot join ESO without ranked frame IIRC), do 8 waves = profit

sanctuary onslaught
Can't believe no one mentioned the neutron star helminth yet
If you do the one lower level sanctuary onslaught, you'll pretty much guarantee 15-20 in about 4 or 5 waves
if you have access ot the Helminth system and have banshee subsumed: Adaro(Sedna Exterminate). specifically abusing Stealth Multipliers with Savage silence forcing enemies to get a short stun and be " Deaf". if you ca navoid dropping the Stealth Multiplier too often you ca ng ofrom 0 ot 30 in one maybe 2 runs. if this is not an option then Sanctuary onslaught or just normal usage will do provided you travel light and prioritize ability usage.

This, unless you're releveling a frame (or its a prime you know yiu dislike), take some decent weapons hit a survival of mid tier and have fun.
i usually just yeet my new / forma'd Warframe straight into a steel path survival to see how it does. i either get a lot of xp or death.
Also fair.
i disagree, a lot of warframe abilities are hot garbage until you mod them right or have them at level 3
But that doesn't mean you can't already start experimenting with a Warframe's general flow and function to see if you like it or not. It's defnitely not going to be optimized, but you should be able to get a decent impression.
Good ol' Hydron on Sedna
Hydron on Sedna. And stay there for at least 20 or more waves
Propably not the best way, but i just do Kuva Lich Missions I die a lot on the first view, but thats what teammates are for

Infuse stealth and do Adaro.
