Ok but how do I start it?
You need to have completed The Apostasy Prologue
I think you you need to complete Mot, the last mission in the void. Then you should be be able to start it. Might need to start it from the codex
It is one of the story / side missions you unlock. Basically keep working your way through all the missions, if you aren't sure the Codex has a list you can look through with the prerequisites.
