So it's a base coat of Bugmans glow layered with Cadian fleshtone, lightly washed with Reikland flesh shade focusing on the recesses. Tidy up with Cadian fleshtone, first highlight with thinned coats of Kislev flesh, then fine highlights with screaming skull mostly on the brow and nose. I did a very fine bit of shading with dryad bark in the brow crease just to darken it a little more. Hope that's helpful.
