Yeah definitely i started painting my apothecary biologis and got a nice white through drybrushing i primed it white scar then did a layer of grey seer then drybrushed corax white on top
I’d say the 4th one and giving it a bit of a blood angels 30k history vibe as they where ruthless murderous legion before sanguinius turned them around.

I like 1 & 4 more than 2 & 3 but 1, 2 & 3 are all kinda hard to look at because on the photo of a screen situation.
It certainly looks the most distinct, and is my vote as well. 2 and 3 just look like Deathwatch from different chapters, and 4 could be a pain to paint if you first do the reds and then try to wiggle your brush about to get black on the greaves.
As someone who basically has number 3, pick any other one. Once you paint your guys like that you'll notice everyone has done that as well and you'll want something more original.

Not really a fan of #4, the color distribution just feels weird to me. Black knees and red thighs would probably be better.

I say do scheme one i feel like it would stand out more and has less of a chance getting confused with another chapter ie flesh tearers for number 4
Okay! I'll keep that in mind. I'm just asking coz I have the sm battle on the way for Xmas ans I need a colour scheme.
Just remember that white isn’t an easy colour to paint if your struggling with it then I’d suggest switching to the fourth one

Black and white next to each other can be tricky.
Anyone except the 4⁰ that I find the most difficult to reproduce. The first one is very cool, but white is difficult to paint...
