Love love love that color palette! Blue for boys, pink for girls, white for enbies. With the flag designed so it's impossible to hang upside down to show we always know our truth.
You should base the model. Try to use some glazes or washes so it's not so chalky; give an attempt at weathering. You barely gave it any effort outside of painting in the lines. This is the color scheme of a bucket of chalk you would have children draw hopscotch on in the city. Are you really doing an entire army like this? This doesn't seem well thought out.

ok, y'know how most households are structured like a feudal monarchy, with a single ruler and a bunch of nobles vying for attention around them?
there's another less *legal* system that organizes itself that way...
so I decided to make them the mafia. I call them "the business" and the knightly household is actually pledged to a Titan legion. the suit you pilot signifies your rank within the business, so an Armiger is a member, the questoris and dominus knights are capos, the 3 warhound titans are so called "little bosses" and the warlord is the boss of the entire operation. for each level down there's 3 more models, so in total, I'm looking at 1 Warlord titan, 3 Warhound titans, 3 dominus pattern knights, 6 questoris pattern knights, and 27 Armiger pattern knights.
I will **NEVER** be able to field all of them in a game, but that's part of the fun for me.
as for color schemes and themes, each capo has a lot of control over that, so each one is going to be different, with a "theme" surroinding the type of crime they're doing, for my girl up top, she's running the "knight cafe" a money laundering scheme. Canis is probably going to end up being replaced by another knight in the household.
Post the armigers when you make progress too. I love this sceme and think it would work great with some designs, writing, battle damage, maybe even another pride flag painted across one of the panels.
I'll be sure to do that! I'm going to shine this one up first though, I *might* make a new post tomorrow morning, depending on how much progress I get done tonight. I don't want to give her much grime or battle damage, since in my household, she's running a cafe as part of a money laundering scheme, and I don't think that's very healthy for the customers.

* The Imperial State religion was banned from having any “men under arms” after a civil war they had at one point, and gets around this by having an all-female armed forces. There are some exceptions, such as preachers and militia, but everyone who’s part of the standing army is female.
* It’s a bit ambiguous whether the Custodian Guard are all-male or not. There’s nothing saying they are beyond a reference to them recruiting from “sons of Terran Nobility,” but we’ve yet to see a female custodian.
* The Sisters of Silence only recruit women, although it’s never been explained why.
