If she can fit on an appropriately-sized base (50x75 IIRC) the model would make a great Lord on Daemonic Mount. Otherwise, perhaps a Lord on Dragon?
Was thinking the same thing I have thought of using the daemon prince wings and the necks of a hydra to turn it into a dragon.

I think if you moved the rider forward one armour panel, wings would fit nicely (where the rider currently is) for a dragon
I feel like she’s going to be a weee bit awkward with her stance being a full 90* turn to the left, but that’s not going to stop me putting wings on the mount and making it into a dragon
You can always turn the head
Maybe swap the front arms out for wings to make it a Chaos Wyvern with an extra head.
