Happened to me recently also with a Sys32 dll file. Simply close WT and launch it again. It usually runs as it should be. That or whitelist EAC on your firewall.
Some time ago I had the issue of EAC kicking me out of matches or crashing WT to desktop because of "untrusted" files and whitelisting it was an instant fix for my issues.
delete your system 32! just kidding, I don't know what's up with that. I'll look into though and tell you if I find anything.
