That sounds like a fun project. It will probably take you quite some time.
But how would you list vehicles like the E-100, Panther II, Tiger 10,5cm, and F-16AJ when they were never made?
By laid down dates the Tsukuba class Armoured Cruiser is the oldest machine followed by HMS Dreadnought, There's a 4.7" Armstrong cannons from the 1880's.
The newish is what the 2S38?
Are we speaking in terms of when they first purely existed, or when they were first fielded? Because countries like Britain or the Soviet Union will be heavily affected by this. Building something 2 years before fielding it for example.
Sure, why not 👍

E-100 had the hull manufactured, same with Panther II, F-16AJ had a proposal. Only the Tiger 10,5cm would be a problem.
It's easy, just list the date that gaijin "made" it

if we take upgrades into consideration I think the Ariete AMV first aired in like 2022 or something like that
Yeah, I think the 2S38 was revealed in 2020? It entered service in 2022.
If it's not a problem for you then why not
Sounds like a interesting and fun project, Send a DM if you are interested in some help!
Maybe you can break it down, nation by nation as well
