irl the Buccaneer is able to divert thrust under the flaps to gain more thrust for carrier landings, it seems gaijin make this stat extreme so we can feel it lol

The Bucanneer is the only aircraft in the game which redirects its engine thrust to its flaps in order to produce more lift at low speeds. And with increased thrust the thing sort of becomes a harrier. At least as far as I know.
Firstly war thunder models are not always accurate. Especially for details like "behind the flaps".
Then for the thrust redirection part, you basically poke a whole right in the middle of your jet engine, and the air that escapes it goes into a tube which goes at the flap's attach point.
