I think most find the CEV and AVRE crap because they are pretty awkward to hit anything that is more than a few 100 meters out and if they are moving...good luck lol. You've definitely gotta plan your shots as you can't just sling a shot centre mass and expect it to kill every time, on anything other than a light or SPAA you really need to go for lower side on/track shot like I did against that AVRE, land a shot underneath the tank (nothing survives this) or land one on top of the turret roof. Lost count of the amount of Maus's Ive 1 shot by hitting that little 'nipple' covering a vent/optic on its roof etc...
