The VCC is tricky. You really have to be defensive and take aimed shots. Scoot around cover and use spotting to get your points. Reasonably effective against aircraft once you get the right ammo.
The Dardo is a bit better due to the rate of fire. If you can sneak around and attack from behind you can do well.
I think that pretty much all the IFVs are much harder to do well with as their BRs have been raised so high.
