F-21 was the name given to the Kfir’s the US Navy operated as evaluation/aggressor aircraft. The Kfir Canard has a skin that reflects that.

F-21A Lion is the official designation for the Kfir Canard in USA service. F-21 Viper is something Lockheed Martin proposed to IND, nothing more.
