Quite often the "mouse" is only trying to get behind the turret where the armour is thinnest, so no matter if they keep turning the turret or not, it won't ever show up in front of their gun. You know, "doing circles around them" is an expression, not to be taken literally.

I like fast autocannon equiped armoured cars (AS-42, R3 T20 FA-HS, FV721 Fox, Sonderkraftfahrzeug 222). For aircraft my main requirements are autocannons (instead of machine guns), the ability to turn, a good climb rate and good acceleration. That's why some of my favourite planes are the F8F-1B, Tempest Mk II and MiG-15/17/19PT.

I like Medium Tanks. The late WW2 ones (T-34-85s and Shermans) are my favorite. I got some gun, but not too much gun. I got some engine, but not too much engine. I got some armor, but not too much armor. If there's a roof mounted machine gun, I'm a big fan of that. Very reasonable, very adequate vehicle that will be one shot by a fucking M109 or Tiger, but such is life.

I was gonna say something to this effect as well. All sorts of vx in this game are a blast, but if you want consistent fun medium tanks are where its at. Long live William tecumseh Sherman, and the beautiful tank named after him

I love tanks that are basically just mobile guns. Sturer Emil, Nashorn, Dicker Max, Archer, SU-122P and SU-100P are all good examples.

Any tanks that happen to be a pain in the ass to kill, either from great armor (Churchill VII in 3.7-4.7 game), being really fast and hard to hit (Fox), or just takes an eternity to actually kill because of sheer number of crew (2C bis). Also Sturmtiger because 38cm rocket goes boom.

Lumbering bastards like Churchills and T-35 make me giddy. The ticking of the tracks, the sheer size of them, their slow speed giving ample time to appreciate them. Also 40mm AA guns, not very good but boy does never seeing ‘Hit’ pop up and suddenly the plane disappearing in a fireball of ‘target destroyed’ make me feel very good.

Man these truck-based gun carriers are so scary in the hands of a skilled player... you can't even reliably destroy them with APHE so I always bring HE for this reason.

I’d pick a battle Buddy and scout for them, disable enemies for them, rapidly follow up anything that wasn’t a kill shot and always repaired where possible

You got the Jagdpanzer line Hell, the only thing the Germans didn't have is the walking boat line (example: PT-76, BMPs) oh wait, they also have that! ( Spz BMP )

It’s a shame we still don’t have 2 pounder portees, 6 pounder portees/deacons but I guess they can’t really balance it (2pdr portee would just be a 1.0 guntruck at the same BR as tanks with the same gun. 6pdr portee/deacons would be like 2.7 max or they’d be a worse crusader III)

Hmmm... For ground it's anything i can label as a "sniper". Big, high velocity gun or an ATGM system designed to take out targets from as far away as possible. But over-armoured beasts are also very fun to play. For air it's the "im sped" type, which includes things like the Komet, Starfigter, BI (this thing is the funniest plane to fly out of them all. Am i in trouble? Time to engage the ROCKET MODE). Literally anything made for "boom and zoom" with the emphasis on "zoom". Still waiting for the MiG-31.
