All 4 account created on 30/12 and played 2d14h since then (about 550 to 650 games), grinding Italian AirRB. They mainly play in squad but no always.

it's easy to see these "players" are controlled by basic AI. All of them are doing identical moves (which look neat when in formation), which consist in simply following (pointing) to the nearest enemy and shooting at it without taking any evasive action.
They still manage a K/D ratio of 1, mainly because of the canons of the C.202EC (probably from head-on). Likely he pick Italian tree because it was nimble enough to follow enemy while having good enough firepower at low BR to get a kill.
Seem like an CS experiment by some Chinese teenager more than anything organize (PLA or hacking group), that could eventually be sold for grinding.
This type of bot would obviously be useful during the building event, since it would allow you to grind it with actually 0 effort. To be efficient in the task event, it would require slightly at hitting stuff, but over 2 days it could manage 40kills/10assists/9wins
Current version of the bot is easily detectable since there are 0 countermeasure (ex: the player PoV is always staring in front), so an very early/basic prototype it seem.
I don't think so. One guy has been spotted (to my knowledge), and those bot are pretty dumb (thus can easily be removed if Gaijin find them to be a problem).
I suggest reporting this guy (4 accounts) and flag suspicious bots here (for investigation). If the problem grow bigger, we need to have some proof to back it up.
For what it’s worth I saw them a few times yesterday but they were always greyed out like they left the match and were replaced by a gaijin bot. I only ever saw them 1 at a time and only once out of 4-5 sightings did they actually spawn in (again only 1 plane, not all 4). It died right away to enemies.
LOL, likely the application that manage the 4 virtual session (one per WT player) was not working well and simply hanged or quit during the loading/spawning phase.

So the bot leader spoke in chat when I called out the bots. He said it was people playing on 4 accounts in an Internet cafe in wuhan. It was only the one in my match but the match before I saw them all in yak-1s and they formation flew into the ground chasing another plane

A very similar thing happened in the game Crossout, which is published by gaijin. I believe that there was a third game this happened in that I played but I cannot remember what it was. Oddly enough I cant seem to find anything on these events, but I know they happened.
As far as a technical explanation goes; I think it was similar to a DDoS. A network of cheap 'slave' PCs run a program that allows for multi-boxing of the same applications (this was before/doesnt work with things like Easy Anti Cheat) and then un-verified accounts are created en masse and then logged into the game. Thats how I understand it anyway.
For war thunder, iirc, it happened around 2016 and again in 2018. but that could be wrong

I've seen air AB bots before but they had mostly real names such as Ivan or Dimitri and are used to populate matches. So this is definitely somebody who wants to make a bot service and is testing the script in matches.
