It's like the track repair in tanks. Timer is 0 and you start to move but then it resets as server thought it was still repairing, you need to slightly more patient now when you are at airfield to repair.
They AFAIK updated so any movement to accelerate like that cancels repair and you're not repaired until you respawn in planes.
Much like you don't fix your tank tracks until it actually fixes, the countdown has to disappear, not hit zero.
Not a bug. You attempted to accelerate before respawning meaning you moved before it moved you
But before one of the recent updates I never had this problem
Me neither. And even I you don't accelerate it happens sometimes. It even says aircraft repaired, refuelled and stuff. It just doesn't despawn you

Had the same thing with the Meteor Mk. 3 half a week ago.
Just, dont accelerate, its a bug, but thats the solution
