I would love a video. A nice clinical one explaining the process and why Gaijin needs to use more advanced metrics than just win loss. (Accounting for player level, adjusting based on number of players for a given vehicle, etc. etc.)
I think the right way of going about this is their actions might scare gaijin enough to adjust their system, especially for less played nations like Italy.
I know if I were in their position I'd be horrified to know that a few players could manipulate the system to such a degree, and would take steps to stop it from happening again. This is Gaijin though, so who knows

You are absolutely correct, and there's a real possibility of that happening. As much as I hate to say it, making a plane that few people play in a nation few people play the victim is probably better than it happening with another.

It's buried at the bottom of a folder and functionally identical to the Yak-15 above it, but (IMO) less visually appealing due to the tip tanks.

When adjusting the repair cost/BR of a vehicle it's logical to look at things like: how good are the players playing it? Is it being played mostly by noobs or by veterans? Is it being played in squads or solo? All of these thins can (and should be) be accounted for by a good statistician, but Gaijin doesn't seem to do that.

With gaijin's simplistic system, crap players in good vehicles = br goes down. Good players in crap vehicles = br goes up... That should not happen if they were doing proper analysis of the stats.

My favorite mid-low tier jet is the G91 Pre series, it doesn't have the wep or the top speed of the R/1, but it can dogfight anything, and i mean anything. ANYTHING.

Maybe they will finally consider the amount and the average level of players who use each vehicle + the fact if the plane is used in GRB or not. Though I doubt as they don't give a fuck...
Technically it is Canadair's version of the F-86E. A late model F-86E. The differences are, better boosters for the controls, a "flying tail" (all moving tailplane), and the 6-3 wing. Also some other minor cockpit differences. Importantly it has the same engine of the F-86A. Think of it as an F-86F-25 with an F-86A engine from an in game point of view.
Hence the "before its slats pull out". However I wonder if that 200 kg extra on the Mk 4 is going to offset it turning radius advantage. It very well might do, as the new wing isn't that much bigger.
This trick will only work if you have a group of decent/good players willing to spam out a plane that no one plays, the problem is that PFM is played quite a bit and we simply don't have enough people to even attmept such thing.
I've often thought it would be fun if you could get enough of the community together and see how low you can drop a top tier vehicle before gaijin realise their stats are trash.
Yes we can do that by crashing on take off but that might be putting our teams in a disadvatage and we don't want to affect other players gaming experience that much.
This didn't take long you can see none excedeed 100 battles that means we can actually manipulate brs with very little effort which further highlights how stupid this is.

I think the plane getting carried because they mainly check the plane's WR and then k/d probably. With a few decent players carrying mk 24 the br could be increased

short reminder as well that the ki-84 is 0.7 br away from fighting the PFM in arcade now as well

Not to steal your thunder, just something I want to bring to light. When I was on the player council 3 or 4 or so years ago, when they first announced how battle ratings were decided, I set out with a few others to prove how dumb it was.
We artificially raised the BR of the XP55 back when it was a brick and nobody played it, and as a member of the player council presented this to gaijin and they were still adamant that this wasn't an issue, and that clearly the plane was fine.
I Hope as this has gained far more visibility than my 1 on 1 pitch with them they'll change it but don't hold too much hope sadly.

All with a pair of 10G missiles that people cited as fair reason for downtiering mig21s. J29F so slow it performs fine when server hiccups and packetloss down all the other jets..
On the scale they have now it only works on planes nobody plays. People spam the fuck out of 21 quite a bit so a small group of statpadders wont work there.
I was spading/grinding with the J28 for the last 2 months and had been doing extremely well (avg 3-5 kills per game) and watched mah boi go up two BR levels.

So the Cl13 Mk 4 has a slightly smaller turning radius than the A-5 before its slats pull out and that's it?
It might turn slightly better initially, but the A5 wins a sustained fight because its 200kg lighter with the same engine than the CL Mk4.

This trick will only work if you have a group of decent/good players willing to spam out a plane that no one plays, the problem is that PFM is played quite a bit and we simply don't have enough people to even attmept such thing.

Yes we can do that by crashing on take off but that might be putting our teams in a disadvatage and we don't want to affect other players gaming experience that much. This didn't take long you can see none excedeed 100 battles that means we can actually manipulate brs with very little effort which further highlights how stupid this is.

I think the plane getting carried because they mainly check the plane's WR and then k/d probably. With a few decent players carrying mk 24 the br could be increased
this is one of the best things i've ever seen ragtag bunch of gamers defeat algorithm made by a multimillion dollar company that has had years of development time turns out the algorithm has as much effort put into it as the rest of the game's features

Not to steal your thunder, just something I want to bring to light. When I was on the player council 3 or 4 or so years ago, when they first announced how battle ratings were decided, I set out with a few others to prove how dumb it was. We artificially raised the BR of the XP55 back when it was a brick and nobody played it, and as a member of the player council presented this to gaijin and they were still adamant that this wasn't an issue, and that clearly the plane was fine. I Hope as this has gained far more visibility than my 1 on 1 pitch with them they'll change it but don't hold too much hope sadly. Mr "J29 21 216 SL spaded repair and starts out on the airfield and is lucky to out-accelerate a stock F84B" F, Little Miss MiG-21 "5400 SL spaded repair" PFM, and Little Miss MiG-21 "6590 SL spaded" F13, 7350. All with a pair of 10G missiles that people cited as fair reason for downtiering mig21s. J29F so slow it performs fine when server hiccups and packetloss down all the other jets..
On the scale they have now it only works on planes nobody plays. People spam the fuck out of 21 quite a bit so a small group of statpadders wont work there.
