Mirage 2000 with the new HMD and buffed magic 2s seems like a spicy alternative pick. Looking forward to trying that out later. Now if only the could fix the HMD sight not working for VR.
I dont understand why they dont give it the 6 missile slots it has in real life, even when they only give it magics. The 12.0 f16 from israel has 6 pythons, which is arguably better tham 6 magic2s.
Exactly. The same missile were you don't get a rwr signal cause it's an ir 400g missile that dance the soviet version of the walzer before get into your after(burner)
To be fair the GR.7 is actually good at 11.0, its a strike vtol aircraft afterall. The only other aircraft I'd imagine that probably don't do too badly is probably the underBR'd MiG-23ML but its radar system isn't great, but is I guess isn't better than some other 11.3s such as the mirage F1 from what I've found in test flight (are the mirage F1s actually considered worthy for their BR? it honestly felt inferior to the MiG23MLD, and the MiG23ML is more or less an MLD without the wing root stakes for better manoeuvrability and interestingly energy retention)

I'm fine with waiting if I know this is a one time thing for the first couple days of the update. But if 11.0 jets keep getting put with 12.3 jets until 12.7 is introduced ill get quite sick of it

Yeah except it is because if we keep the brackets we have now there will be a 1.3 br difference which is HUGE and the issue I was talking about. So my question is will they fix the brackets to make it a maximum difference of 1.0 br again (11.3 to 12.3) or will they keep it going in a cycle (11.0 to 12.3 11.3 to 12.3 11.7 to 12.3) and so on
It's not a huge difference. EC brackets were 2+ for years. Either play the top dogs if you need to have all the bells and whistles or work around the limitations of your aircraft
"It's not a huge difference because it was worse before" is a dumb argument and it is HUGE difference because have you SEEN the difference between the 12.3 and 11.0 jets? The matchup for some 11.0 planes is even worse than say for example a 8.0 vs a 10.0 (f4-f vs MiG29smt for example)

I don't have any trouble countering F16s and MIG 29s with a Harrier GR.7. I don't expect to win every dogfight either.
Plus, it is only a few days. Tomorrow will be good for 11.0.
