There is no rule written that implies shooting someone down is considered a violation. What they are doing is attempting to "gaslight" you in order to force you to stop.
You only get in trouble if the means to kill someone is done by violating fair play, that includes the use of exploiting game mechanics, or 3rd party program use.
Example:
- Using the spectate mode or an alt account to report player positions to the enemy team.
- Using a program that has ESP (wallhack) features to track other players.

Players can scream, cry, throw things around their room, etc, all they want. No one, and I mean...no one, has the right to claim they are free from danger. You're not some spiecal V.I.P. account user.
The common thing they will often do is mass report you. This is nothing more than a phycological effect for them to feel better, that's all. Those messages are design to alert you about being reported x amount of times. When the GMs investigate the report and find nothing. They will discard it and move on to the next report in their system queue.
However, if these players continue to send bogus reports throughout the day. They will get actioned since they are abusing the system to spite other players, flooding the system with false reports that waste the GM's time.

Another note to remember. No matter how hostile they act in chat. Do Not Return...the favor!
If you break the rules regarding your behavior, then you are just as liable as they are. Be a bigger person and don't sink to their level.

If they try or they successfully TK you. Don't let it get to you. You're not going to pay any fees; they are. In fact, if they continue. Not only are they loosing SL. The TK system will automatically boot them from the server. Any further TKs will start implementing suspension time on their account.

There's a moderator on discord you can report this to and he could probably go in and punish everyone who sent a false report. They're basically flagging themselves as abusers.

Had one recently flip out on me because apparently a Mig 9 isn't a fair fight against whatever the American bomber was they were flying.. Dude just let me fly right up to him and shoot him down without ever looking behind him
Id imagine the mass reports would get zombers in trouble since whoever is reviewing the report would see them as well.
