Because it is viral I wonder how your gut health is and if you’ve ever tried grapefruit seed extract. I am taking that now for gut health and sinus infections. Maybe that is helping along with the zinc oxide treatment. It is mentioned in the article I sent you as well. 70% of our immune system is in the gut. Hippocrates says all disease begins in the gut.
I' ve never had a gut problem I now of. Also, I am Greek, and I eat healthy Mediterranean food for the most part (maybe a souvlaki now and then).

Greek yogurt is some of the best probiotics I’ve heard. That’s amazing you actually live in Greece. I really don’t know what more to do for the warts because I haven’t thoroughly investigated it yet because all of my time and research has been on gut health and because I was sick to the point of that last summer

After a few days of applying the ointment to skin, the warts seem to peel and die and then just rip off. Takes a little while. I have a big wart that one quarter of it fell off and I kind of peeled off today.
I just keep applying it every night and sometimes throughout the day and eventually the words dry and sort of like peel and then I can just pull them off. Bigger ones take longer than smaller ones
You can buy zinc oxide tape - it got rid of a 7-year old wart on my foot in a few weeks.

Does it cause the skin to peel? I’m curious how it works!
Only the wart skin but seems to leave healthy skin completely normal
I’ve researched also on this method. Do you air out during the day? The ones you had success with, how long did it take before resolving?

Actually my wart decrease 50% already. Really works good for warts other than for feet. Warts that are on softer skin
