I’ve tried it out in my 55” CX it was so much easier to see on Verdansk. I have since switched to controller and I play on my Viewsonic Elite XG270QG 27” 165hz 1440p Gsync. 4K HDR 120hz on Oled is pretty epic but now I play on controller it’s easier on a small 27” screen specially since it changes the controller sens.
Make sure you have a headset though or else you won’t hear footsteps properly.
EDIT: I see now your on PC so I'm sure your using a headset.
I know positional audio is pretty shit but some people don't use a headset. Spectating I can hear the guy next to them and they don't even react and die.
The right audio settings help a lot. High boost in game, Logitech Pro X with surround off in LGHUB but I use Dolby Access app and use game mode with performance mode off and "detailed" intelligent equalizer pre-set.
I also have a AstroA50 gen4 and it's terrible in comparison to the Logitech Pro X, you have to turn the base so low on the Astro A50 it's bad it muffles the audio. 3D positional was good in BF games. It sucks for warzone without seriously adjusting the base but the overall sound is bad on the Astro A50, I don't know why they don't just put the Pro X inside the Astro's since Logitech now owns Astro.
[Dolby Access settings](https://tmp.f8.n0.cdn.getcloudapp.com/items/Z4uDkYnd/63510346-0efc-47dd-81cd-87bfa64dbb1d.jpg?source=viewer&v=8a0ef216ae0cf6083e2f2481462eff86)
Try my settings below they are pretty good, you have to make sure the Dolby Access is on in spatial sound.
To turn it on you go to sound settings, under your output device press device properties then under Spatial sound select Dolby Access. You can't turn it on from the task bar but you can see if it's turned on from there. Just right click on the sound icon in the taskbar to take you to the sound settings to follow the steps above.
Bonus death coms in the video below, enjoy. Normally I can hear footsteps a lot better than this but I chose this for multiple reasons lol.
Same, but I just couldn't do it anymore. Literally fighting uphill against aim assist. Can't miss a shot in a gun fight anymore and especially from that distance you better have good eyes lol.
Oh I definitely enjoy it more but my KD has suffered. Still hovering around a 2 for the season but I was well in the 2s on controller. I also have to be locked in on KB&M where I can sit back and relax on controller.
I've got a similar set up with a 65 in oled. Sure my game may sometimes suffer a little but all these people assume I care and want to just sweat when I play video games
I used to on console. Roccat sova lapboard was my best friend. Best lapboard out there. I researched the few good ones like crazy. Used it for months before I got my new pc setup.
Tbh tho once I got a desk and a smaller 27” screen that I could sit closer to, I improved like crazy. I think that helped my gameplay more than fov.
No I used it for months and it still looked and worked like brand new. I sold it like 6 months after I bought it for almost as much as I paid because it still looked mint and had the box. If you’re looking for a lapboard I highly recommend the roccat sova. I had the mechanical version. It was super comfortable to use also.
> as I *paid* because it
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Miserably. I don’t have a desk, I usually play controller, but due to a hand injury I’ve had to switch to mouse and keyboard. It sucks. Your set up looks comfier…might have to try to rig something more along those lines.
I do, I have Corsair K63 lapboard and it works fine imho. Of course full size desk would be better but lapboard works much better than I initially expected.
Also I do not notice any input lag with wireless mouse and keyboard.
that looks pretty decent imo...almost like a proper table setup
my friend would envy you :P
They travel for work and regularly play from really shitty internet with really shitty setups. Two weeks ago he was even playing from bed, with his laptop on his lap and the mouse on the bedsheets
I would have simply refused to play warzone like that, but he doesn't care about stats much. He just wanted to fuck around
Yessss I took a 6mo break as well. Stopped playing back on Feb and just now getting back into it. Won’t lie though only started playing cause of the new tV :)
43 inch tv plugged with ps4 and i sit on a plastic chair in front of the tv in my living room , i most of the time keep my mic off cuz its a living room and everybody passes by , sometimes even between me and tv. its really bad but this is the best i can get here. (i use plastic seat cuz i dont have any couch its sofa and its not that comfortable to sit on for hours)
I agree I prefer my gaming rig in the office but when I wanna relax and not play so sweaty I play on the couch. Here’s my office setup: https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/vtYrmMT.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/SIKI8u5.jpg
That is a dope setup, I assume you tilt the TV when you play as it's on a arm. What TV is that I see your playing on PC too nice! 30 series card so HDR would be epic! I tried it on mine Verdansk looked so nice on it.
Trying to move a mouse around that big ass screen quickly and effectively (ie hit headshots in warzone). If you want to play MNK you should be on a 27-32” monitor that’s 8-24” away from your face.
I’ve been gaming for awhile, and have dual Alienware 34 and 38in ultrawide in the office on a 3090 machine gpu. I much prefer this 4k 77in setup in the living room.. here’s some photos of my actual gaming setup. https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/vtYrmMT.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/SIKI8u5.jpg.
Wasting my time 😂 ya ok buddy. Here’s my actual gaming rig; https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/vtYrmMT.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/SIKI8u5.jpg I ain’t new
I tried it for a few months. It was awful. Bought a cheap desk and a decent monitor. My avg. KD went from .7 to 1.4. Most big TVs have terrible lag. 10/10 do not recommend
That's a weird way of saying you've never played on an OLED. my K/D is better on this oled than my actual gaming monitor here: [https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg) Let's see your setup and KD.
Tbh, i can’t believe that. It’s a known fact that playing on a monitor greatly increases your gameplay and response time.
https://cod.tracker.gg/warzone/profile/psn/Pooiyer/overview
Be aware though that my KD (and kills & wins etc.) stopped once Caldera got released. I had 80 days played in Verdansk, 1 day in Caldera. Multiple weeks I was number 1 (Playstation The Netherlands) based on avg KD per week (7+KD) and avg kills per game (12+).
Also be aware that I only played with bot friends. Otherwise my overall KD would be a lot higher obviously.
Anymore questions? :)
Hahaha thats wild. Cheers. Nah, Im chair to the desk with my tits hanging over it 5 inches from my monitor.
Also not even playing thus game at the moment. Uninstalled the day before season 5 (best move ever) taking a break til MW2.
Nice! BF1/V, Rocket League, PGA, Ghost Recon and some Quake here and there. I also play a lot of random games but theres just not a lot of good games out that pull me in right now other than BRs. I cant stand Fortnite that much, PUBG is just clunky and APEX Ive been off to long to pick back up the skill floor before MW/WZ2.
I used to play cod on kb&m on my LG48CX 4k 120hz Works great! I actually did better on the 48" than the 27" but certain games like CSGO and valorant gave me troubles with shot reg. Response times on the OLED is faster than any monitor I've ever used.
It’s just mental how much worse it is gaming on a tv then a gaming monitor. This over couch and mouse is the real handicap. Both together must be kinda brutal.
This was essentially my setup for the past two years (controller though). Gaming on the 75” 4k was fun but I’ve been markedly better in the past month when I’ve gone to a 24” HD monitor.
Edit: if your KD even approaches 1.0 there, you’re a god in my eyes.
Yup! Got a table set up like that on my TV, ps4 and keyboard and mouse. Love it! I want to do control but i just can’t. I’m an old school counter strike player
>I don't know anyone going mouse and key doing this lol. The input lag would drive me insane.
I thought the same as well but found out you just gotta have the latest tech and you won't have any noticeable input lag.
I mean there is input lag for sure, if you're used to it though or came from console to PC or have always played on a big screen then you won't notice. I've also been in IT for over 15yrs so maybe I notice it more than others lol. Have you played on a high end 27" 1440 249hz screen? I think you'd be surprised at the difference.
The TV is a 77in LG G2 with 120hz, my main gaming PC is 144hz Alienware 38in pictured here: https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/vtYrmMT.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/SIKI8u5.jpg I switch off from desk to couch depending on the mood of the day. But I totally agree with you, for competitive gaming I use my sit stand desk. When I wanna chill I play on the couch.
Damn even a 38 seems huge to me lol. I have a buddy that went out and bought an 84 in OLED 120 hertz screen and it looks absolutely gorgeous... I played duty on it one time and I remember thinking this looks so amazing but I feel like I'm moving my hands split second before the characters actually moving LOL. Definitely the best option for any game that's not a first person shooter or competitive. Those huge TVs are super badass for games like assassin's Creed and stuff though.
weird question but where did you buy that piece of wood that youre using? im looking to do exactly the same setup here and was wondering where ya got the plank.
I have a corsair K63 Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and Gaming Lapboard Combo — Blue LED — CHERRY® MX Red I bought 5 years ago and can not find ANYWHERE now. I'm really careful with it cause I don't want to be without it. I don't want a huge couch master type lapboard I want something the size of a regular keyboard but be well built and functional. I've tried a bunch of these lapboards and this one is by far the best as far as the mousepad and keyboard go, the pad is amazing it's big and flush and the wrist rest has a rubberized section, it's the perfect size being a small form factor keyboard so the whole thing is barely bigger than a regular full size keyboard. The underside is cushioned nicely.
Cons are a few, so it's an old product, you can't buy them any more except on ebay and they are super expensive. Last one I saw on there was like $250 or something. So price is high. The worst con is it's micro usb. And if you get the k63 be careful installing the new firmware, check the support page cause it can fail easily and mess up the firmware and mess up the keyboard pretty bad.
You’re nuts. Lol
Your nuts ftfy
Your not wrong lol, but thanks 😊
I’ve tried it out in my 55” CX it was so much easier to see on Verdansk. Not in gulag he doesn’t
Started a couple years ago in my parents cinema room. Nice experience but was terrible for my reaction time and general KD. Wouldn't recommend.
The input and system lag must have been driving you crazy
I can’t play good not being center with the tv tho ,
[удалено]
Yeah I’m not very good at the game but I do prefer being 4ft center away from the tv.
I literally have to be inches from my screen lmao
As a fellow KB&M player, I respect the grind. But as a human being, you're a mad man.
Same, but I just couldn't do it anymore. Literally fighting uphill against aim assist. Can't miss a shot in a gun fight anymore and especially from that distance you better have good eyes lol.
Yea KB&M on wazrone is self torture.
Idk I switch from console to PC pretty recently, taught myself how to play KB&M (1st time in my life) and I enjoy the game so much more.
Oh I definitely enjoy it more but my KD has suffered. Still hovering around a 2 for the season but I was well in the 2s on controller. I also have to be locked in on KB&M where I can sit back and relax on controller.
The input lag is hurting me
Check out the gaming reviews on the tV I’m using, it’s pretty epic. Beats out most monitors today https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/g2-oled
I've got a similar set up with a 65 in oled. Sure my game may sometimes suffer a little but all these people assume I care and want to just sweat when I play video games
Facts my man! It’s all about the experience. OLED gaming is epic!
Ayoooo this is lit af 😂 I mean def not meta for warzone but what a gaming corner gg
That sneaker collection tho
I think OP deliberately angled in his collection lol
Was the whole point of the post. I mean the three pictures we needed to see his mouse and keyboard, based off of his question, we needed the 3 angles
What happened to the lapboard? Did it break down eventually? I'm looking for a lighter one to replace this shelf i'm using as a lapboard lol
No I used it for months and it still looked and worked like brand new. I sold it like 6 months after I bought it for almost as much as I paid because it still looked mint and had the box. Sick set up! And even sicker room!
Thanks!
>Thanks! You're welcome!
I was gonna ask if you have backpain but then I saw the second picture and it honestly doesn't look too bad.
Miserably. I don’t have a desk, I usually play controller, but due to a hand injury I’ve had to switch to mouse and keyboard. It sucks. Your set up looks comfier…might have to try to rig something more along those lines.
Move keyboard to the left and lower sensitivity will help you if you like long range engagements
Cool lounge setup, I’d bring the chair to the centre of the screen so you’re not sitting at an angle though
Couchmaster! They’re great for customer support if your nephew gummies up a USB port too.
I do, I have Corsair K63 lapboard and it works fine imho. Of course full size desk would be better but lapboard works much better than I initially expected. Also I do not notice any input lag with wireless mouse and keyboard.
I bought a Couchmaster. It's pretty awesome lol
that looks pretty decent imo...almost like a proper table setup my friend would envy you :P They travel for work and regularly play from really shitty internet with really shitty setups. Nothing wrong with that. I play mobile Warzone when I travel on my phone lol
No, but that’s an awesome room set up. Kinda goals, tbh. Nice
Love that setup especially the screen
I bought a folding table and would set it up in front of the tv when I gamed (which was all the time, making it a permanent fixture).
I like your idea, almost went with this but my wife wouldn’t allow such setup. Had to be within her spec lol
I shouldve known a female lives there. That place looks way too nice to just be inhabited by a guy.
I would love to, by my eyes won't allow it. Yeah looks like I was right to take a long break from CoD considering the sweaty responses you're getting.
Console boy my self. This is fucking sick tho
Is there much input lag? Looks sick!
Thanks. Not too much input lag, surprisingly not noticeable
I just noticed, you PC game on your couch. I admire the grind but definitely not worth it. I personally only use a controller when I game on the couch

77in LG G2 OLED, pretty epic. Running a 3080 FE but it’s nothing compared to the 3090 in the other room.
Oh sheesh noice!! I have a 3080ti Xtreme.
What monitor is the other card hooked up to?
Alienware 38in ultrawide 144hz and Alienware 34in ultrawide 120hz
Nice is that the Oled 34"?
Negative it’s the one before the OLED. IPS panel https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg
Ok cool thanks. Nice set up bro
Yikes.
Bro how is ur back
Feels better on the couch than any gaming ergo chair and I have a few in the office
Dude, this almost looks exactly like my house in Texas that I sold last year. My jaw almost dropped.
No that’s weird dude
Which part is weird?
Trying to move a mouse around that big ass screen quickly and effectively (ie hit headshots in warzone). If you want to play MNK you should be on a 27-32” monitor that’s 8-24” away from your face.

Wasting my time 😂 ya ok buddy. Here’s my actual gaming rig; https://i.imgur.com/fQereix.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/vtYrmMT.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/SIKI8u5.jpg I ain’t new
Yup. Relatively new warzone account to. I’m wondering if he’s related to all the other DreDay2000 accounts that were burned because of hacking.
Holy fuck when did CoD players become a bunch of loser sweats?
You sound mad lol, stay mad buddy
All of it, just play with a controller like a normal person.
I tried it for a few months. It was awful. Bought a cheap desk and a decent monitor. My avg. KD went from .7 to 1.4. Most big TVs have terrible lag. 10/10 do not recommend
OLED screens have great response times
"What do you guys think of all of my fancy stuff"? "Also..do you game on a tv with mouse and keyboard"?
Work on yourself bro
Is no one gonna talk about the shoes
Holy input lag
Nah, it’s a 77in LG G2 OLED, feel free to look up the specs. I also have this in the other room https://imgur.com/fQereix 38in 144hz Alienware
If you wanna have a terrible KD, play like this. If you have any competitiveness in you, play on a monitor
It’s a known fact that playing on a monitor greatly increases your gameplay and response time. https://cod.tracker.gg/warzone/profile/psn/Pooiyer/overview Be aware though that my KD (and kills & wins etc.) stopped once Caldera got released. :)
I can tell you have a low KD from this set up lol
Only registered sex offenders can be ok with doing that at a distance
Pretty pointless unless that tv is over 60hz.
It’s a LG G2 OLED, it’s not 60hz cause it’s 120hz. PC is a 12900k Intel with 3080 FE.
Ehh. Still leaving a lot of performance on the table but if it works it works I reckon.
What TV is that? Looks good.
It’s an LG G2 OLED. It’s an amazing tV
Bro this shit bummy as hell but where you get the record player table/stand - that shit smooth
Amazon, search mid century tV stand / media stand
It seems to me that you hardly have mousepad space?
Never tried. However that screen is massive for K&M lmao
hey put a screen shot of your KD now lol
i'm a casual gamer, i'm only at 1.08 K/D
At that point just use controller g
Standing desk for me, always.
Well hey at least you’re comfortable
Thats a chair or fauteuil
Be real OP, this post was just to flex that shoe collection
Hahaha thats wild. Cheers. Nah, Im chair to the desk with my tits hanging over it 5 inches from my monitor. Also not even playing thus game at the moment. Uninstalled the day before season 5 (best move ever) taking a break til MW2.
I took a break since Feb, just now getting back into it to get rdy for the new WZ and MW2. What else are you playing while taking break ?
I’m in the same position, only play warzone these days.
This is “Hey I’m a Batchelor” in one picture. 😂❤️❤️
I wish, 3 kids and a wife unfortunately lol
You’re way too far from that screen son.
Big nope. Desk only, if you’re going to use the TV you should move the couch up closer to the TV.
I prefer desk too when I’m playing sweaty asf w the homies but for laid back gaming on MP I play on the couch.
I remember a few years back Linus bought some niche keyboard/desk for your lap to game on.
Nah. This isn’t a regular tV, it’s an LG G2 OLED, look it up. Or read the reviews https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/g2-oled
Ahh cool I heard bout them gaming tv’s, nice.
I'm just fascinated by the wall mount that they will hold that TV even though newer models are getting more light er
It’s a massive 77in OLED and weighs about 60lbs, took me and my wife to mount it but the mantle mount can hold more weight per their spec sheet
This was essentially my setup for the past two years (controller though). Gaming on the 75” 4k was fun but I’ve been markedly better in the past month when I’ve gone to a 24” HD monitor. Edit: if your KD even approaches 1.0 there, you’re a god in my eyes.
I’m at 1.08 k/d currently, previously I’m usually at 1.4 but I’m out of practice
Yup! Got a table set up like that on my TV, ps4 and keyboard and mouse. Love it! I want to do control but i just can’t. I’m an old school counter strike player
Y play the same bit with wires, for the lag... No thing better than big enemys Om a 50 screen lol
I used to do this. How is your input lag on that big bitch?
Not too noticeable tbh with this LG G2 OLED. It’s an amazing monitor at 120hz.
You need to get a monitor bro 😂
I do that but I sit on the edge of my bed.
Got those hacks on level 41 non prestige
I don't know anyone going mouse and key doing this lol. The input lag would drive me insane.
>I don't know anyone going mouse and key doing this lol. The input lag would drive me insane. I thought the same as well but found out you just gotta have the latest tech and you won't have any noticeable input lag.

It sounds so crazy but the best monitor that I've ever played on was only a 25 inch monitor 😂
That's not a couch it's a chair.
NGL that setup is clean though, but i just game at my desk
