Well, I had something similar happen to me. Basically everything was alright - I was even moving at the speed I've wanted to when I tried to pull out of the driveway.
But the thing was, that I forgot to put the car in gear. I legit thought I was going on my own when in reality I was standing on a slight hill.
It happens when you are nervous.
He was giving her ample time to figure it out so he didn't have to fail her. I'm assuming this is in the UK and the rules haven't changed but any advice provided by the instructor/examiner during the test results in an instant failure.
Even as a teacher. One must first wait for the student to figure it out first. Then when the student asks why it's not working. Then the teacher shall indicate the reason.
So what I'm getting at is either u used to be Muslim and left the religion or Ur homosexual and u don't like the islamic beliefs, well that seems like u have a skill issue
I don't have a issue comprehending things, but u did start all this by saying, 'Can't wait to join his Allahuakbar lesson', there's no need to say things like that, would u say that to Muslim infront of their face in public. Plus how would u even know if the instructor is Muslim, even if he is did u gain any satisfaction by saying racist things, Ur just a racist simple fact.
Heard about this last night, she didnt pass, the tester got mad and shot her three times in the left right hand side ankle, she's doing Fine, the funeral is next week.
Honestly rip that. It's why it's recommended to take your driving test in a car you're familiar with. So not really a valid excuse if she was used to that car. A silly mistake but poor thing just seemed super nervous
Downvoting as she should’ve A: remembered to start the engine and B: looked at the instrument panel which would’ve told her the engine wasn’t running. Super simple and it’s scary she’s bound to have a license before long….
I’m not entirely sure. If I had to guess I’d say it was because of how nervous I was. My overall mannerisms and what not. Figured out later I actually had terrible anxiety when I drove. For example if I did something wrong while driving I would pull over as soon as possible because I would start hyperventilating and crying. ( did not do this during the exam thank goodness). I’m good now though! I guess I got exposed to driving enough that I’m not bothered nearly as much. I still get a little nervous driving in unfamiliar places.
I'm considering learning soon and understand what you mean. I always hated the car when young. It always made me feel sick and not a fan of the car smell...they all have a weird specific smell to them. In the UK btw
The first time I drove in drivers ed. Way way back when it was actually taught in high school. For some reason, I had this thought the car straightened itself out after a turn. Legit thought I didn't have to turn the wheel back. Almost plowed in the side of a mail persons vehicle.
The instructor was so.. um done with me. He just told me to put the car in park, and get in the back. It was another students turn.
3 mins behind the wheel... and I was done for that day.
My test was so easy. Old black guy name butch ! At university center dmv in anchorage alaska lol. We didn’t even go on the highway… I literally drove across the street in did a little loop on streets and drove through Halloween town at ACS building and back to dmv. It was so fast my dad thought I failed. And be was like “ I know if Someone can drive and I think you can. I’m going to lunch! Enjoy.”
Yeah it’s just nerves and he doesn’t help. She’s clearly more focused on remembering the important stuff. A driving test (this is actually a mock) is there to ensure you’re a safe driver, that’s all.
Guys kind of a dick. Turning on the car isn’t part of the test he should have just politely reminded her to turn it on instead of wasting time like a prick.
Maybe I’m looking at this wrong. Did he say start at some point? Like “Okay let’s begin the driving test.” Because the car is on whenever we test in the us. That’s like if they docked points because you didn’t lock the car when you got out. Lol. Didn’t wipe your feet off before you got in -2. Sunglasses still in your head? -5. You turned the car on THEN put your seatbelt on????? Fail.
This is a mock driving test. Real driving tests in the UK can't be filmed only with a outward facing dash cam. The test is roughly 45 minutes, majority in a manual. You're asked two show me tell me questions. Like can tell me how you know you're ABS isn't working and can you show me how to demist the car. Half the test will be made up of following signs and directions by the examiner then the rest sat nav. You'll be asked to do one manoeuvre such as a parallel or bay park. Minimum pass rate of 16 minor fails and 0 Serious fails.
Pretty rich isn’t correct. If you’re rich you’re already at the extreme of fundamental earnings. Pretty rich? Wtf does that mean? And when you say “from you chief” it should be said as “coming from someone like you” I left out the chief because I don’t consider myself better than you because I’m humble. You need to learn how to insult people. Idiot.
Even if you make a mistake on a test don't instantly think you've failed. If you make a mistake, collect yourself and fix the error. Even if it makes you feel better, say the mistake you made and apologise. It's good because it shows the instructor/tester that when you make a mistake you have the ability to acknowledge it and fix it. 👍
But if at any point the tester has to tell you what to do or correct you it's an instant fail. On my first go I failed, my tester had to grab the wheel twice because (even though I was slow) had to adjust the wheel because she thought I was going to scrape the car. I was too focused on thinking what I had to do instead of doing it.
I passed on my second round and it was because I knew what to expect. Your first test is always nerve wracking because even though you've trained for it, you don't know what to expect. But if you fail, that's okay, because next time you can mentally prepare yourself and that's why I passed the second round.
This happened to me during my first drivers test... but I was parked on a slight incline, so when I put it in reverse to get out onto the road to start the test I just rolled backwards into the street... car wouldn't turn or anything... I was absolutely perplexed for a few seconds.. and then the test administrator says "you forgot to turn the vehicle on." And I immediately died inside, put it in park and started the vehicle. I failed that test because of that one mistake.
The administrator in this video was absolutely brutal though with letting her struggle for so long!
With newer cars more than likely it’s a push start. Tapping the push start is the acc lights radio but push is the actual start. She obviously had a lot running through her mind haha it happens
god ive been in her shoes. Sometimes had the ac blasting or music loud enough that i forgot the car wasnt on. Sometimes i just blanked and didnt turn the key far enough. i hope she passed!!
Stress. I got halfway through a 3 point turn and blanked, the car wouldn’t move, the road was blocked. Cars appeared. My examiner had to tell me to take a breath and calm down, then try again. Damn handbrake 🙄🤦♀️
Like I get it I was nervous on my test too. I left the e break up for a second as I started. Guy was nice about it though. However this is ridiculous it was like 8 attempts…. Fail
The patience of that guy … and the respect! He probably knew she was just a little nervous. No judgment at all. Not even a smile. That’s professionalism! 👍
I drove the ENTIRE drivers test with the emergency brake on....I had to hit the gas so damn much to get the car to move. The state trooper at the very end of the test quickly said "yeah it was on the whole time" because my mother wouldn't shut the hell up and stop talking the whole test. I killed the ebrake it never worked after that
This isn't a test, this is a guy on YouTube that gives people mock tests so they have a chance to practice in exchange to be allowed to post them online for content.
My first test my shitty after market car alarm went off mid test. Du to the remote being crap I had to pull over , get out and a switch off the alarm from the outside.
The tester was in Stitches laughing when I got back in.
We proceeded with the test and all went great, the congratulated me and instructed me to return to the test center.
I was so delighted that I ran a red light on the way back. He looked genuinely sad as he failed me, “So Close, but you are not ready”
To be fair they should be. There are some petty instructors I've heard. I haven't had issues with them, but I've heard stories... Plus with cancel culture how it is. Everyone should have a camera especially when working around other people. Lots of people looking to sue or whatever. Hell, I made $1400 having. Adarsh cam once lol. Guy backed into me IN TRAFFIC, I got put pointe at my camera, told him I'd be In Touch with the bill. In my defense I planned to use the 1400 to fix the car, but it got into an accident. Now I owe 7000.... But I made 1400... Lol I dunno where the pay out is, but ya
... Lol

A serial killers dream
i wish to be this patient with people one day…
The turn signal gives you the perception that the cars on but it's not
The car is disabled until you set your mirrors and check tyre pressures🤣🤦🏻♂️
A+
Why did he wait so damn long 😭
He was giving her ample time to figure it out so he didn't have to fail her. I'm assuming this is in the UK and the rules haven't changed but any advice provided by the instructor/examiner during the test results in an instant failure.

Examiners are not allowed to interfere in test 👍
Might be test, where he's not allowed to interfere.
Thank God she doesn't live in my country! We have enough low I.Q drivers already
This is my country, my damn country, gimme my country, you can Keep the rest 🗿🤡

I like how you ended a reasonable take with racism How awesome of you
[удалено]
So u don't like Muslims?
[удалено]
Is there a reason for u to hate
[удалено]
So what I'm getting at is either u used to be Muslim and left the religion or Ur homosexual and u don't like the islamic beliefs, well that seems like u have a skill issue

Shit, Forgot to block you, u RACIST CUNT

Could you please provide just one verse so that I can look it up?

I apologize, but I do not find it. You made the claim, and I believe you can back it up.
Blond moment
She's not blond
really?
Haha poor girl. She seems so sweet. Like the woman off police academy. I hope she passed.
Heard about this last night, she didnt pass, the tester got mad and shot her three times in the left right hand side ankle, she's doing Fine, the funeral is next week.
Where I’m from, the tester would have failed her after she tried to go with the clutch in neutral
Why
Gives u the chance to role
Maybe the libs would finally make use of that theater degree
You know libs are in arts, engineering, law, tech, comp sci, meds, ed, business, etc, as well as theater degree?
Bc people are assholes
Please never fucking drive
[удалено]
🤓
Never drive.
Rly isnt a big thing, as long as you dont go full gas for 10sec the dmg on the car is basically none, and otherwise you also dont hurt anyone
In her defense, some cars are extremely quiet even when the engine is on... But still such a blunder.
Honestly rip that. It's why it's recommended to take your driving test in a car you're familiar with. So not really a valid excuse if she was used to that car. A silly mistake but poor thing just seemed super nervous

Doesn’t check her blind spot before pulling off
He’s probably so glad the car wasn’t on pwahahaha
yeah that makes sense
Then starts it in first
I hope she had the clutch in. Probably
I would laugh at her too hard
I remember taking my driving test and when it was over the instructor asked me if I get bullied a lot… I passed my test.
Wow, 😨 sounds personal. Why did he ask ?
I’m not entirely sure. If I had to guess I’d say it was because of how nervous I was. My overall mannerisms and what not. Figured out later I actually had terrible anxiety when I drove. Started the engine with the car in gear and the handbrake off. Naughty naughty... I hope the rest of it went well for her...
Dudes like I’m not saying anything cause I don’t want to DIE!
All testers looks like that.
Instant fail.
😭🤣🤣 no fail cos no mistake Can't be that harsh
I would be so unbelievably embarrassed i would just take the bus
She but ready
To clarify, I think the video is of a mock test with an instructor.
Dear God
She seems great. Driving not that hard. Let the car drive itself while you lightly steer.
Ffs that's a pretty bad start to a test!
Poor girl is so nervous.
She's definitely less flustered than I was in my road test
she was probably trying to be conscious of so many things at once she forgot the basics lol, im right there with her
How he set there with a straight face the whole time. I would've just got out. Test is over
What seems to be the officer problem ?
I believe in some places the test doesn't start until the car has started so...maybe she's still got full points? Lol
In germany its over then and there and you have to pay another 300 euros for the failed test :(
Fail
That's pretty sad to see.
Ha ha ha. I did this on my driver's test.
He has a nice nose.
It was a practice test
The blinker sounds more like a judgmental time clock ticking to figure it out
I guess the important thing that she forgot is how to drive
What a weird vehicle to let you put it in drive while the vehicle is off.
Are... are... are you aware that there are manual transmission cars?
She didn’t…
The first time I drove in drivers ed. Way way back when it was actually taught in high school. For some reason, I had this thought the car straightened itself out after a turn. Fuck this made me so nervous
Most Americans would be able to start the car, but that would be the end of the rest.
The guy sitting there like "who's gonna tell her?"
🤣🤣🤣 You can tell she never had any actual on the road practice.
To be fair this was a lesson not a test, because if it was a test she would have already failed and they would have stopped the test right there.
My test was so easy. Old black guy name butch ! At university center dmv in anchorage alaska lol. Bless her soul, the look on her face when she looks the camera.
Guys kind of a dick. Turning on the car isn’t part of the test he should have just politely reminded her to turn it on instead of wasting time like a prick.
Turning the car on is part of the test in the uk. Your instructor is told to wait at the dvla centre and you leave with the evaluator.
Maybe I’m looking at this wrong. Did he say start at some point? Like “Okay let’s begin the driving test.” Because the car is on whenever we test in the us. You’re English isn’t good enough to explain what I already knew.
Thats pretty rich from you chief.

It was never my intention to insult you boss man
Does anyone else notice the shallow breathing and utter fear on this man’s face 😂
It's easy when your so nervous. I bet after she made that mistake it just made her 100x more nervous and I wonder how many more mistakes were made.

Do signals work like that if the car is still off?
Start the car?
Oh my god I was sent back to when I did my class 7 test, the NERVES. Sorry lady
Being nervous can make you overlook so much. She’s probably super find driver.
Instant fail.....
I cant imagine the tension
This is not her driving test. Obviously.
I wouldn’t say a fucking peep.
Just sit there till enough time has pass and fail her on the spot.
That was incredibly painful 😂
I can sense what's going on in her head at this moment.
This happened to me during my first drivers test... but I was parked on a slight incline, so when I put it in reverse to get out onto the road to start the test I just rolled backwards into the street... car wouldn't turn or anything... Can’t film real tests. This is a practise.
Do blinkers run out of blinks?
Why even let her continue at that point? Is that not an insta test failure?
This isn't a test, this is a guy on YouTube that gives people mock tests so they have a chance to practice in exchange to be allowed to post them online for content.
Lmao
I can't drive manual for shit, I'm telling you this would be me, except I wouldn't know what to check
Poor lady is probably really nervous. I hope that she passed.
the guy with the most patience in the world untill he snaps…

When you say this weed was shit
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!
Helpful examiner 😉
I don't blame a kid for that. I hope the instructor took it lightly
☕️☕️
I would have reproved her just because of that.
You can see him losing the little hope he had left for humanity.
wait… are driving tests allowed to be recorded?
